Errol, listen man. I'm a decades long boxing fan. I'm American and I'm black. I like Fury and want him to kick Wilder's ass again. Why? Because I like who I like, no matter where they're from. I love Breland, but I just never cared for Wilder. Wilder's personality rubs me the wrong way. Same way you just don't like Keith Thurman. Wilder is loud and arrogant acting. He talked **** about Mike Tyson, who I love. He says he could've beat any heavyweight in history. Not true at all. Breland is humble and smooth. Sugar Hill is the same way. Many fights I saw Wilder get outboxed and then his power bailed him out, then he talked **** afterwards like he's the best ever. I don't like that. That's why his skills never improved much. He was too big headed. Fury is loud but he's funny, he has personality and he has skills. So in boxing you just like who you like. I like other UK fighters throught history too. Some of them are: Ted kid lewis, peerless jim driscoll, jimmy wilde, calzaghe, prince naseem, lennox lewis, kell brook. I can talk all day about American fighters I like. Some are: sam langford, joe gans, jack blackburn, original joe walcott, jimmy mclarnin, canzoneri, billy petrolle, tiger flowers, harry greb, kid norfolk, henry armstrong, eddie booker, burley, holman williams, jack chase, lloyd marshall, jimmy leto, eddie cool, fred apostoli, freddie steele, ezzard, jersey joe, archie moore, freddie dawson, ike williams, johnny bratton, joe louis, pep, saddler, del flanagan, robinson, lamotta, basilio, curtis cokes, harold johnson, henry hank, charley joseph, georgie benton, freddie little, hagler, ali, holmes, frazier, aaron pryor, pernell whitaker, james toney, and on and on. A real fan doesn't care where a fighter is from. It's mainly all about can he fight

Problem is wilder made it about race and not about nationality. In a press conference ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XbnVRtOVHmY ) at 6:19 someone from the press asks him about the fight taking place on black history month. Wilder had the change to push back hard but gives a typical wilder style answer and emphasizes on it being that month. Funny thing is that fury follows up with the appropriate answer. Not only did i like fury's answer, i hated wilders hand gesture (finger wiggle) while fury made his point. Absolutely ****** to not agree what fury said there unless you want it to be about race.

Its understandable when you have people acting like Spence...race-baiting and tryna be a panther.

          Yawn

I never liked Wilder because his trash talk was disturbing. I wanna tale a body? And he just yells bomb squad?? Dude lost both fights against Ortiz until KOs. Good KOs but hes dreaming if he thinks he knows how to fight

Then you have guys like BreadMan praising Wilder...as some kind of "master technician". Wilder has a resume of full-on bums and part-time fighters. Hes 2-2 fighting full-time heavyweights...hes a master alright XD XD XD

In the U.S. There's no question that Fury's popularity is largely due to the fact that he is white and it is Bob Arum, Top Rank and ESPN who are the ones pushing this racial angle and agenda because it help sells tickets because there is nothing like a white heavyweight champion.

For instance, in his rematch with Wilder, Tyson Fury was introduced last; Which is very rare in boxing because he was not the champion at the time but Deontay Wilder was. Yet he was the featured attraction because he was white. The last time that happened in a heavyweight championship bout was back in 1982 between Gerry Cooney vs Larry Holmes who was also white.

Wrong! You are either racist or a Brit. You hate Deontay Wilder out of envy and jealousy; Either because of his ethnicity or nationality but most of all due to his success. He could be as brash as he wants just so long as he wins and that must really burn you that he does. So nice try! You are not fooling anyone.

GTFOH, the only person who tried to make that fight about race was Wilder & his cronies

Fury is popular because people like his personality and boxing skills. Find me one instance of Bob Arum talking about Fury's race?

NEVER. And he never would. If an american whiteboy fought a jamaican or an afro-cuban anyone with a brain knows who errol is supporting

You have to know how to connect with people. it is difficult to connect with someone that wants a body on his record. Most fans want boxers to make money and return back to their family healthy. When you talk like Wilder talks, I am sorry it is difficult to root for him. My advice to Wilder, just be yourself. I like him when he is himself, I honestly believe he is a humble person and a great person, just stop with that "wanting a body talk" You are too smart and creative, find another way to promote your fight.
