Good but overrated they gave this guy trainer of the year every damn time lol.

Good at teaching offense and footwork, not so much defense.

Manny demoted him and has Buboy as main trainer now and is doing just fine.

roach not teaching his guys to fight inside is strange

I heard that was a test for "buboy" to see if he could fly without his angel wings (ariza and roach) one day roach has to pass the business onto someone. And yeah if buboy loses some weight from hard work and takes it seriously, I wouldn't doubt that roach wouldn't be able to do it someday.

He was a very good offensive minded trainer. I cant believe he's been able to maintain this long while dealing with Parkinson's.
