I imagine people will just use Manny’s age to try and discredit him.

Do you think we’ll actually get Pacquiao-Crawford next? I’m pretty skeptical about it tbh.

i dont dislike crawford...lets not get it twisted(i read your reply to my post the other day and appreciate you keeping it real and objective...i can do the same)....i used to really like him...and i dont bash him the way i do someone like golovkin who i have a huge distaste for.....

but imo they didnt want the fight with pac before when it was easy to make ...now all of the sudden they are hard for it....im not sure what the situation is with pac and maybe its easy to make now....but once he beat thurman they got all hard for it....but bob thought pac was dead in the water....and theyd get no credit if they beat him....now pac gets a big win and hes back on the wagon...i get it...thats how boxing works....butttttttttt

i didnt like the way bob was using porters name before their last fight....he kept saying porters name before the fight...and after it....then the minute kenny porter said they could make the fight, which wasnt but like a week after that fight, they did a 180 and both arum and crawford were like "yeah thats not on the radar"....well wth did you keep saying his name? because you thought theyd stay quiet and you could continue perpetuating the myth that the pbc guys were all ducking you.....

i just think if the fight wasnt good enough for you before when you had them both under your banner....its not good for you now....what if he beats pac up and people start saying "pac is old...he beat thurman so what? thurman was really overrated"?

haymon wasnt scared to put pac in with thurman and vice versa...why was bob so hesistant? because he might lose a few bucks? well thats the price of doing business...sometimes u gotta lose a few bucks to make crawford bigger...bob hates the idea of losing a dime.....thats why he lost floyd and didnt see the bigger picture with how big floyd could be.....not saying crawford is/was ever going to be that big....but he could have lost a few bucks on crawford/pac if he believed crawford would win and it would have helped crawford down the line

Yes, if Pacquiao fights Crawford we can like him again.

Much better option than a shot Kell Brook.

Crawford wanted him 3 years ago.

Bob Arum admitted he killed the fight to protect Manny

you mean arum "said" he killed the fight to protect manny.....it could have been that he thought manny wanted too much money and he wouldnt have made any money on the fight.....

if he was trying to protect manny 3 years ago did manny all of the sudden become younger and better and better able to protect himself? nahhh....he just went and beat a big pbc name and now all of the sudden bob wants to piggyback off that.....which is fine thats boxing...go after the hot name after a big win...i get it.....but lets not act like bobs always forthcoming when he speaks and is giving you his honest opinion......

bob made manny a ton of money...more than manny ever dreamed of...which is all well and good ...but he still was doing manny dirty on some levels......you mean all of the sudden bob got sentimental and was trying to protect a guy that he was doing some less than standup things to?

He needs to KO Pac. A lot of boxing fans will appreciate that.

Unless of course he jumps ship to PBC, then those same casuals will have him P4P #1.
True, only way for him to get some love from them is when he switch promoters and joins with them
