Breaking: AJ vs Fury 2 fight Deal in works

Not signed at all. They just agreed on the financial terms, which I'm guessing are similar to the Fury/Wilder terms where the first fight is 50/50 and the second fight is 60/40 for the winner of the first fight.
This was likely just announced by Hearn to take some heat off Joshua for his comments during the *** protest over the weekend. -

Biggest question is the network. If Hearn has a deal for the site like AJ/Ruiz 2 then it has to be on DAZN.
If it is a traditional co promotion then PPV is an option in play.
When both guys want the fight it will get made.
This is also good for Fury. If the third Wilder fight goes to a decision (not likely) he is less likely to get robbed of a Heavyweight unification is on the line next.
Hope it actors down.Comment

Its the same deal with Wilder that they are now doing with AJ. And it has produced results again. No ****** A-side, B-side, I deserve it you don't deserve it bull****. 50-50 for the first fight, 60-40 in favor of the winner for the second fight. Had team AJ decided on this earlier, we would have already seen AJ vs Wilder much sooner. But glad they realized they cannot continue with this any longer.
Still hope to see Wilder vs AJ in 2022 (if Wilder is still around and at elite level).Comment

So you think the fight didn’t happen with Wilder because A.J wasn’t granting him 50% ? HaIts the same deal with Wilder that they are now doing with AJ. And it has produced results again. Wilder can’t sell a fight without either A.J or Fury get out of here and your going back when his best wing was before Ortiz who was Stiverne when the original offers were made ?Comment
