If it was 3 regular dudes standing there in street clothes. 1 with a gun daring any onlooker to step up and help, while the other 2 were assisting in holding some guy down as their boy was choking him out to death would it be any question as to whether they were aiding & abetting a crime?

If Tim Bradley has been pulled over by one cop or if I would’ve been treated with any respect this would not be an issue. I won my civil case (or at least the city settled) because there is an acknowledgement that the force that was exhibited was excessive.

The law is another issue but the inequity of enforcement is the issue. Before trying to destroy an agenda or argue for a stance that reflects the draconian tactics towards some of society, listen. Maybe then you’ll find yourself doling out less unsolicited education.

A Peace Officer asking someone to step out of a vehicle is a LAWFUL request.

It's not admitting guilt... it's not proof of guilt... It's NOTHING but a Lawful Request by a Peace Officer. There's no other way around it buddy.

None of the cops would’ve gotten charged if not for the pressure from the public, that’s the whole point here. People took to the streets after the cops weren’t immediately arrested like they should’ve been because people are tired of things like this happening over and over and over.

Police departments and the justice system as a whole is corrupted with racism from top to bottom and that’s why situations like this usually just get swept under the rug. Had there been no video nobody would’ve heard of George Floyd or what happened to him.

They won’t be convicted. Chauvin might and I hope he is but the other 3 will walk and maybe should. Already posted cases of similar and even worse cases (with White victims) and in all of them, even the main protagonists like Chauvin walked scot-free. It’s not about winning. You said i lost like it’s a competition they paid for my window and then some so I won in court. But my point is we’ve seen how stop and frisk can be abused, we’ve seen how interactions with police can go south quickly.

And as for other races, we don’t say continue to beat on everyone but blacks or defund police only in black neighborhoods. You keep bringing up blackness, I am talking about policing to anyone who is mistreated. You want to win an argument, but history has shown the police have been institutionally allowed to abuse their powers and people should... wait to see if it’s a good cop or a bad cop? I live in Illinois. And the court case for my resisting arrest and illegal lane change was thrown out because the officers overstepped their bounds. I also received restitution for my damages and car tow.

The devil must be in the details then because you are wrong about not being required to step out of the car during a traffic stop if the officer instructs you to do so. I didn’t know that before today but your post made me curious. It went all the way to the Supreme Court, see Maryland vs Wilson.
