You asked for one to one example to the Floyd death and it was provided by The Don on behalf of your nephew. I can't see past the moving goalpost so The Don is sorry for that. But I can see that you won't man up and apologize to your nephew for being a jerk when you were wrong.

Nah bro you got to have 12. In fact, it states like Louisiana you only needed 11 to convict. Groups like *** pushed for unanimous convictions and had that rule overturned just over a year ago.the bad apples need to get convicted and if u have to have every juror in aggreement this becomse a problem as there is usually 1 or 2 who wont convict a cop no matter what sooooo allow majority verdicts, as in 10 or 11 to convict, hey presto they go to jail and people feel better and less tensionComment

What? If you were out with 3 of your friends, y’all get into a scuffle with a guy with one of you strangling the guy to death while the other 3 of you helped hold him down, do you honestly think that only the guy who strangled him would be convicted? That pussC cop couldn’t have choked Floyd out by himself. That was 4 on 1.Cops in the Timpa case had charges dismissed and they were eventually reinstated. Officers in the Kelly case were found innocent of all charges and last I heard were suing to get their jobs back WITH backpay.
Don't be surprised if Chauvin is found innocent. It isn't right but that is usually how these cases play out.
Frankly, the other 3 being charged in the Floyd case probably should be found innocent.
I dismissed the original definition that your based your whole position on because it was inadequate which is exactly what they’ve now come out and admitted lol. Merriam-Webster just confirmed everything that I was saying to you. They admitted that their dictionary definition was inadequate for the exact same reasons that I explained to you.Comment

recently i was out walking close to my home, say 5 mins, it was dark and i stopped to pat a cat for about 1 min, 3 mins later i was surrounded by 3 police cars and i was like wtf is going on, im white but i got a shock, i didnt like all the questions but i answered them, i had to go home and get id and they took my phone and checked it, it all came to nothing but crap like this can happen to any1 but i realise there is racial bias too and prejudice but being surrounded by cops is just what they do sometimes, sometimes its not actually personal
when i thought about it i realised that u need a strong police force to deter criminals and catch them and when u are a victim of crime u will want something done about it and quick so a strong police but fair is great, but what happened to GF was pure evil that goes beyond prejudice.Comment

Admitted...unnecessarily reacted to pressure, whatever. I didn’t look at it...but are you saying they’ve completely gotten rid of that definition, or added something to it?What? Either way, the premise that any group of people essentially “can’t be racist”, is ridiculous, any way you slice it.Comment

One cop never laid a finger on Floyd the other two raised objections to what was happening but each had less than a week on the job. I do not believe that just holding Floyd down killed him, do you? Get Chauvin off the man's neck and he'd likely be alive today. Or if he wasn't, at least you could blame the cause of death on something besides police brutality. What? Should not even be bringing charges against those 3 and probably wouldn't were it not politically necessary.Comment

The two guys, all they had to do was stand up if they were that concerned. Nothing drastic noting complicated just stand up... The charge of murder is spelled out in detail. They participated in a series of events that led to his death. They were charged. Its up to the courts to determine if they are guilty. One cop never laid a finger on Floyd the other two raised objections to what was happening but each had less than a week on the job. Why should I apologize? I asked him to show me and he couldn’t. He has so much hate inside him man. This is that bullsht that people are in the street over. Too many think there should be different laws for different people and different standards of justice. We just saw Nathaniel Woods get executed just for being in the same house as another guy who killed police. Even with the shooter confessing that Woods had nothing to do with him killing the cops, they executed Woods anyway. The reasoning the governor gave was “he didn’t do anything to stop it”. It’s even worse here because they all assisted. 2 of them held floyd down as one suffocated him while he begged for his life with his knee as the 4th held the crowd back from intervening. One cop never laid a finger on Floyd the other two raised objections to what was happening but each had less than a week on the job. Any random group of black men in the position as those cops and they’re all getting the same murder charges. You sound ******.Comment

Trying to get Floyd into a car and taking him to the ground when he resisted is actually what the cops were supposed to be doing. Toward that end physical force was necessary. It was the part with Chauvin choking Floyd out with his shin across Floyd's throat that wasn't part of the job.
If the McMichaels, for instance, were cops. there would not be any charges against them. There is a difference between a random group of black men (or a random group of any men) and a group of cops, legally anyway. You understand that, right?Comment
