I disagree, neither Wilder or Fury are GOATs. Neither could beat Ali, and both have a slight chance against Tyson due to the massive size difference. They are at the top of this current Heavyweight generation, and there's nothing wrong with that. My comment was more related to the similarities in the character of both these men, yet one is hated.

Who would be these "credible, well schooled boxers" you talk about who he could have have fought instead?

I'm no fan of his but appreciate he went straight to the lion's den and took on what people perceived as the baddest dude in the division because he had one punch (who also fought tomato cans btw) and schooled him.. not once, but twice.

The division is full of tomato cans so what else can he beat?

Let's see how he copes with the pressure of the last Wilder fight and onto a double header with AJ. I don't have him down as a great, but if he comes out of boxing with a 0, a unification and all the belts then what else can he do?

Back then, yes. He has since learned to use his size better and keep smaller fighters at the end of a jab. Chisora is all about the overhand right, and he never got it close to Fury in the second fight.
