Fans like you encourage the UFC to completely fck over their fighters. It's sad really, the Ali act was implemented in boxing for a reason.

Don't you have any suggestions at all?

Just the thought of being a fan of Canelo makes you happy?
And seeing him make hundreds of millions of $$$$...
Even though you hardly see him in the ring?
Is that all you are being a fan?

Dana White already had his fifth, we have yet to see one in boxing.
I think there are around 20 fighters participating in one UFC event. Probably half of that in boxing. Yet UFC can still make fights quickly even during these pandemic times.

What it will take is for that one MMA fighter to do like Oscar De La Hoya, Mayweather and that is break away from the UFC and Self Promote like they did. It is Risky BUT they have a market for it and it is money to be made. Even if they don't sell as much PPV's as they would with the UFC they will still turn a profit and likely walk away with more money from their own Self Promoted Event compared to just taking the Peanuts that the UFC gives them while they sit on Billions

I'm sure all these UFC fighters have Terrible Contracts though so probably not as easy to do as Boxing

Not about Greed but more so about knowing your WORTH! Fighters like Oscar and Mayweather knew their worth and wanted to get all of their money instead of allowing a Promoter to take a chunk of their money when they can just promote themselves and cut out a promoter. This ERA of fighters need to understand it takes years and hardwork to become as big of Draws as Oscar and Mayweather and currently none of these fighters are as BIG as Oscar or Mayweather was...NOT EVEN CLOSE!

Yep. That's all it is bro. Boxing fans are content seeing their idols make so much money. They're content licking their balls, trash their rivals, discuss past fights over and over again. Fights don't even have to happen as long as their idols win in fantasy fights.

Dana White controls all of UFC so he can pay what he wants. It's the difference between democracy and dictatorship

They have no choice. White runs the show and has a monopoly. The big money is in the UFC and it is not that big. They take whatever small pay White wants to give them and have nothing to say about it. If they leave and fight for some other MMa place you never heard of they will get even less pay. MMA is not that big. There are about 20 times as many pro boxers as pro MMA fighters. Ever wonder why damn near every MMA fighter is a top 10 contender? There just are not that many pro MMA fighters. White would love to make it in boxing but he can't because boxers won't take orders and fight for White's low pay. They don't have to. Lots of other promoters will pay them more. it's not like MMA where White runs the UFC and has no real competition. white has talked about taking over boxing for years now but it has not happened and it never will.

They don't have a choice, that's why? What do you want the UFC fighters to do? You accept the offer or Dana White will replace you.
