Tyson couldn't pass the drug test.

I always thought a Floyd - Valuev matchup would have been intriguing.

Floyd's natural class was probably 140 lol.. This is like guys wanting Loma to fight at WW or Inoue to fight at Lightweight. There are weight classes for a reason.

Instead of guys trying to pick up the easiest belt to become champ at multiple weights, I'd rather them unify and dominate a division.

Cottos frame is heavy boned and he has strong heavy hands, so does Manny Duran and whole bunch of others that moved up , as a fighter you have massive trouble when you have frail hands.

The difference between PBF and Money May was the hands, Floyd would have a very hard time keeping elite MWs off him, thats not saying he couldnt do it, he only got to pick the right opponent fck around with CWs etc like others and he could probably go higher, but fair and square straight down the line 160 is to much.

He didn't need to move up but he wanted to be best fighter ever but sometimes you aren't blessed to be in strong era to add gravitas to resume. Sometimes you haven't got fighters in your era to put you where you want to be. Floyd was in that position. Yes, he beat a great small fighters in pac but if the names aren't there you need to step up if that's what your peers did.
To be in that bracket there in. We are talking of one off fights not campaign there.

Nobodies going to believe floyd couldnt challenge there in a one off fight. Floyd always publicly made out nothing was beyond him. Nobodies asking him to fight into 40s or fight 200 times.

              - -Bum leg Sergio sparked iron chinned Williams.

TUE 51-0 don't want none of that smoke.

Golovkin offered 154, but nope, no way Jose!

Probably because Mayweather is an average sized welterweight. Mayweather refused to fight Canelo at the full 154 and told him 152 or no huge fight. So why would he go to the full 160 for Martinez? Mayweather has a great record and fought lots of champions but he missed Martinez. no big deal. he probably would have beat Martinez who lost to Williams and was KOed by Margarito and Cotto.
