Cmon now, even if GGG was free to fight we know he isn't "old enough" yet for the rematch....

I thought Canelo would of knocked him out by the 5th
Canelo was tentative and worried about what was shooting back
Had he gone pedal to the metal then he would of and made a grand statement
If Kovalev would have thrown 2 punches together and fight like he always had, he would have put the Ginger on his back. He held his punches all night long. My opinion is it was fixed before the fight.

Like Jacobs who was more like 32, who lost his previous fight against Sergiy D. in many eyes but bcause he was fighting in his backyard got a SPLIT DECISION, and was under the rehydration clause vs Canelo, fine of 250 grand for each over pound, such a pusssy move from Ginger, what a mexican warrior, dont remember GGG doing this to Jacobs

Why would I let someone hit me that hard in the temple with the risk of killing me or damaging my health permanently if I could just fix a fight and go the fight 12 rounds without risking my life or health.

          Just a question

Worst part of Canelo fights are the negotiatin part, they take too much long.

I like the Derevyanchenko fight or a 168 titilist would be good for me.

Andrade and Charlo would be great too, Charlo has said that he is not moving up and vacating his title anytime soon so that rules him out this time. I'm pretty sure Andrade would take it but being honest I don't see Canelo taking Andrade in a fight with no crowd worst scenario ever for him.

As long as it's not Dirrell I'll be ok as long as it's a credible guy.

Similar thoughts. In his previous match with Eldier Alvarez and Yarde, his jab had lot of pop and sending the opponent head backwards. With Canrlo he dint do any of that. Seemed in whole fight he was holding back the power

just out of interest... what do you think of the MUCH higher weight-penalties that were inflicted on Morales, Hoya, and Mayweather... by Pacquiao?

Hoya was $3.5m per-pound, or part thereof... that was totally unprecedented, the media could not believe it... that was the highest recorded weight-penalty on record BY MILES

oh, until the $10m per-pound, or part thereof... on Mayweather

which strangely, was never even mentioned by the media

that weight demand killed Hoya... the $3.5m per-pound, or part thereof, penalty... is obviously why Oscar killed himself to make weight... weighing 145, TWO WEEKS before the fight

                  thoughts... ?

I don't get it. Why would GGG still be interested in the Canelo fight?
DAZN offered him truckloads of money for certain number of fights,
                    doesn't matter who he fights.
Which allowed him to fire his previous manager and coach.

He made $14 million in the Steve Rolls fight for a start.
Probably more in the Derevyanchenko fight.

It's actually DAZN's fault why GGG is no longer interested in the trilogy.
Would you still be if you were 3G?

I also remember seeing a lot of boxers, trainers current and ex say Canelo won.

Second fight I remember seeing ggg talk a LOT of sht BEGGING Canelo step to him go toe2toe and Cabelo is sleeping. Then seeing ggg only remember how to jab off his back foot
look how defensive you get over trying to defend canelo. Stick to the points... Is canelo at a "road disadvantage" when he fights in Vegas or anywhere else in the US? Ever?? Have you ever seen a bad scorecard against canelo? How many not just bad but ridiculous scorecards have you seen in Canelo fights in his favor. I can mention 5 fights immediately with horrible scorecards. Of 60 press row scorecards in the rematch vs ggg, only 2 scored it for Canelo. In addition, guys like lennox Lewis, Daniel Jacobs, Paulie Malignaggi, teddy atlas all had ggg winning. Not sure what you're debating.
