Canelo Alvarez fans pretended Sergey Derevyanchenko priced himself out in the Alvarez negotiations and claimed he was ****** for fighting GGG for $5.2 million when Canelo offered $5.5 million.

They also said there was no way he was ever going to get another shot at Canelo and that he was an idiot for passing up on that shot.

So are we all just going to pretend like no one ever said that?

If Derevyanchenko gets this fight and gets more than $5.5 million, can everyone finally admit that Derevyanchenko’s advisors actually know more about how to run a boxing career than we do?

Nobody has ever created an impossible scenario for Golovkin to live up to. You guys literally shet on every single thing the man does: mostly good but in this case Direll is viewed a bit washed up vs someone who’s set the bar so hi like Canelo. Just picture this before you criticize Canelo: GGG vs Direll at any point in his career would have and could be an amazing fight. Why? Cuz he’s fed you scraps so you’ll take anything he gives you.

First off nobody ever said DC or his advisors were ******! I think everyone was trying to point out that DC ducked the Canelo using the ggg blueprint of threatening to go purse bid and or sticking to the mandated IBF split! You know that! Why you pretending like Dereyvchenko didn’t take the easier fight and a 500k price vs Golovkin. It obvious that his handler knew they stood a better chance vs Golovkin
