LMAO.
Most of you, including fish eyes, would eat crow, if and when Josh and Fury fight. A lot of you are getting ahead of yourselves because Fury beat Wilder (who's a bum). The only half decent boxer Fury has faced since he returned is Otto Wallin and he struggled massively.
The only departments Fury has an edge are: feints, movement (head, body and feet), switching stance and fighting at long range. And that's basically because that has been his style throughout his career. Josh has more power in both hands, better jab, chin, better combinations, better uppercut, he's faster, stronger and he's better at mid/inside range.
I'd be surprised if Fury goes 12 rds because regardless of how Josh fights, he's going to land his left hooks and lead hooks he throws with his jab all night. And I doubt the scar tissue on Fury's eye would be able to hold up. So if he doesn't spark Fury out with bombs - the eye would be messed up so bad that the fight would've to be stopped.
After the fight - a lot of hearts would be broken with people on suicide watch. LMAO.Comment

Look both fighters have been down and both fighters have been hurt on numerous occasions and some times you recover and sometimes you don’t , these are all big men and if they land it can quite end a fight , fury has shown brilliant recovery in coming back from that 12th round knockdown and you even saw me give full credit to fury for that and honestly I’ve grown to like him more over the past 18 months but to talk about chins when both fighters have hit the canvas 4 times in there career and one got stopped and the other was a gnats **** from having a KO loss on his record is not really subject high on either fighter.
I have a feeling this fight is on its way to being agreed and the chin subject will answer itself when they fight.
If that fights happens in Wembley we can argue this at the fight lolComment

You don't have to wait long - by this time next year, the better fighter would've been settled in the ring. And I hope there aren't excuses about someone not getting up for the fight since that's their favourite go-to excuse for Fury (oh, he fights to the level of opponent, lol).Look both fighters have been down and both fighters have been hurt on numerous occasions and some times you recover and sometimes you don’t , these are all big men and if they land it can quite end a fight , fury has shown brilliant recovery in coming back from that 12th round knockdown and you even saw me give full credit to fury for that and honestly I’ve grown to like him more over the past 18 months but to talk about chins when both fighters have hit the canvas 4 times in there career and one got stopped and the other was a gnats **** from having a KO loss on his record is not really subject high on either fighter.

Josh vs Fury is happening next and I'm at least 90% confident based on what I've heard. So we might see the fight before the end of the year despite all the pump fakes. And there's a reason why Wilder's team has been very quiet because negotiations are still on-going.Comment

I have no idea why this site has to be so binary. Either someone is a bum or they are the greatest ever. It's weird. It's leaves little room for discussion as it is so boringly tribal that it is reduced to people simply stating rehashed views that allow no room for shade, doubt or accepting anything new. There's no question mark over Fury's chin, he's proved himself to have one of the best in the division by surviving flush right hands from massive punchers like Wilder and Wlad.
AJ on the other hand has a shaky chin, seems to get hurt very often, and when he does get hurt, has a habit of spitting out his gum shield and it takes him rounds to recover.
Of course there are question marks about Tyson's chin, as there are about AJ's. He was knocked down by Cunningham and Pajkic and again by a half connected shot by Wilder in the 9th and then did very well to get up in the 12th vs Wilder. Let us also not forget that he got up in the 12th because he was given the full opportunity to by Reiss. You will rarely see a fight not be waved off immediately in that scenario nowadays. It was like a count from the 50's. So there are probably many other occasions where, if given the same opportunity, other boxers would have been up on their feet before 10 but usually it has been waved off and the doc is running in with oxygen even though a fighter could stand on their own if allowed.Comment

I agree he has shown better recovery from his knockdowns but every fight is different , Joshua recover3d from klitchcko and then clinically and ruthlessly finished him , some punches get you and some don’t it all depends where you are mentally and how your body reacts to it.Fury definitely recovers faster than AJ after being hurt, and I think that could be a significant factor. He has also shown better stamina so far, but if AJ stays around the 235lb he weighed for the Ruiz rematch, that could benefit him and reduce the stamina gap between them.
The best example I can give is you go out all night with your friends and drink like a mad man and still be pretty sober and other times you could take 2 beers and feel boozy , it all depends on your body and how your mind deals with it.
But yeah your right as we speak it’s not debatable that fury has shown Better recovery powers mate.
I don’t want to see Joshua come in at 235 as I think he will need a little more bulk to compete with fury’s sheer size.
I’ll be happy Joshua coming in at 242 as it’s middle ground but we will see mateComment

for a new poster I’ll send you a green k for a good postI completely agree, he's got a long way to go and his record for a lineal Champion is average at best. Victories over Wilder, Joshua and the Whyte would go a long way for him.
Was just picking up on a point that he's not over-rated just drastically improved. I remember watching the first McDermott fight live and not being impressed at all. Same old predictable combo, little to no speed and power and was gassed at the halfway point. He's unrecognisable to that fighter now.Comment
