Joshua Greer Jr. and Jason Moloney were supposed to meet in an important bantamweight bout April 25, but they've temporarily taken divergent paths. According to an ESPN.com story Saturday, those 118-pound contenders will face different opponents in upcoming bouts ESPN will televise beginning June 9 from MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Altogether, ESPN.com revealed six main events or co-features Saturday that weren't previously reported by BoxingScene.com or other outlets.

Not sure how competitive the main events will be, but looking forward to live action regardless. If the main events disappoint let's hope the undercards have good matchups.

I knew TR would back Greer out of the Moloney fight. Couldn't belive they lined it up on the Inoue card. Bob must have been so excited about a unification bout to kick off his new "Monster" relationship he overlooked his boy with the pillow getting knocked the night night out! All the while the books had Bob's boy a favorite. Damn! That woulda been easy money.

Some really decent records for the fighters but not a single fighter on all those cards has an opponent worse than Navarette who has had nothing but garbage fights since he defended the title and now he is facing worse than that. I was intoxicated by Navarette when he first broke onto the scene but now his career has been nothing but sht since.

Is this for free? Taking advantage of a bad situation is gouging. Maloney is getting raw dogged. He travels, risking everything for a shot at the big time, and he gets side lined. Navarette should be ashamed of himself and the rest get a payday, but not good on paper.

              Mismatch of the highest order.

I know there are unknowns boxers and also mismatches, but let's hope for the Boxing Gods that fights turn competitive and upsets happens.

Jessie Magdaleno vs. Yenifel Vicente. June 11

Shakur Stevenson vs. Felix Caraballo. June 9

Mikaela Mayer vs. Helen Joseph. June 9

Andrew Moloney vs. Joshua Franco. June 23

                  Christopher Diaz vs. Jason Sanchez

I rank these fights in that order.

'Cowboy' Emanuel Navarrete is whooping on a bum. I kinda feel sorry for Uriel, but somebody has to get this work!

                    So sick of these mismatches

These are terrible cards. I’m so sick of these bull**** fights that us boxing fans are subjected to. I will say in that regard UFC is leaving boxing in the dust. I think every boxer deserves to have showcase fights but Jesus when are they going to start getting in there with actual competition. You have all these dudes saying they’re the best yet they refuse to get in there with the best in their division on a constant basis. UFC gives us cards we actually want to see while boxing continues with this “marinating” business model which drives me absolutely bonkers. At least give these champs worthy top 5 or top 10 opponents. I’m tired of seeing champs fight 5 straight tune up fights while they bark how they’re going to fight so and so and never actually going through with it. I want to see actual competitions not slaughters
