Nothing about his statement is "racist." It just seems he forgot that Ruiz fought on DAZN twice, and Derevyanchenko fought on DAZN once, and Wilder was in a co-promotion with ESPN once, in 2019. That would be the equivalent of Dillian Whyte and Demetrius Andrade fighting on FOX, or Anthony Joshua fighting in a co-promotion, but that did not happen in 2019. So for all the "lock down talk," seems like PBC actually works with other platforms pretty regularly, by industry standards.

I know nothing about his statement was racist but he would be tagged with that soon...

And regarding the rest of your post? Wrong, these guys are nobodies until later. Derevyanchenko is promoted by Lou di bella, he doesn't enslave his boxers up to the point where they cannot take fights somewhere else, moreover he is a nobody to PBC, just like Ruiz was a nobody. The ones they were supposed to sacrifice (Ortiz and Kownacki) they didn't why? Because they are rated higher on the flow chart than Ruiz was.

The comparison with Whyte and Joshua is definitely not comparable. Because Joshua and Whyte are A-level and Whyte is a free agent. Can you imagine Hearn making Whyte turn down a 7m offer from PBC for Whyte to fight Wilder?

With Wilder v Fury, they really had NO choice. They wanted to show off the fact that they wouldn't be pushed around by Team Joshua, they found an ally in Team Fury, who are also Joshua's rival, both worked together to reduce Team Joshua's stronghold of the division..... That was a deal that benefits both.

Let that sink in...Am not trying to have a go at you, because i know you represent good debate, but let's not pretend that PBC would let their bigger names involve in competitive fights with other networks.

I am for porter this time to handle Crawford in a tough and massive war. He has chin and style to make an ugly fight and give Crawford an off night...

Exactly right I'm the fan that doesnt mind paying for all the PPV I even have my wife sitting in on them and learning the boxing game. It has became disgusting how they are doing it now though. It's sad to say but their just not worth all the hype you see while promoting them.

It’s the biggest “no $h!t Sherlock” comment ever but for some reason everyone is trying to turn this into porter ducking crawford.
This. It's virtually exactly what Arum said about it:

By Keith Idec - Bob Arum wouldn’t mind matching Terence Crawford against Shawn Porter. Crawford’s promoter admittedly is more interested in putting together a m

The fact remains that we have seen PBC fighters on other platforms, yet besides Fury, when was the last time you saw DAZN or ESPN fighters on a PBC show? Let that sink in!

Crawford knew what he was getting into signing with Top Rank.
Arum and Al rarely work together and Crawford isn’t a big enough draw to make the money worth it when two promoters are trying to get paid.

Porters the ONLY boxer who will fight anyone. That said, I dont care to see porter fight anyone.
I want to see Spence fight Crawford BEFORE one of them gets whipped by a nobody cause there both getting fat.
