In this type of streaming service, the max amount Canelo should of gotten is around 20 million a fight, while GGG purses should be around 5 to 10 million a fight. I mean these guys are paying guys like Andrade, Garcia, 3 to 7 million per fight, that is bad business, guys like Andrade should make about 1 million per fight unless he's fighting a high caliber opponents, Garcia got 7 million to fight I Vargas, come on now that's ridiculous, 1 to 2 million should of been top dollar. Those purses have to come down if they want to get back on track, and I'd suggest putting Canelo on PPV, where non- subscribers pay $60 and subscribers get a discount, maybe around $30 or so to watch the fight. As far as GGG that IDK, he's grossly overpaid and he really doesn't sell PPV unless he fights Canelo ir maybe Charlo, IDK what DAZN was thinking there.
Reading your post, if DAZN went that route they would be no benefit to the fighters or fans, so what would be the point of either group going to DAZN?

DAZN had to pay extra for fighters since they had no fans watching to building their name. DAZN had to offer no ppv to get people to subscribe. It was a terrible business model for the US.

Other countries watch foreign sports over the app, but Americans enjoy American sports, which are already on TV. We don't need an app for that. I think DAZN works well elsewhere because the whole world watches the NBA, but in the US we don't care what's going outside

International travel got blocked, so I don't he can even get over here to do that

Mississippi casinos have been open. Also Dakotas never closed. They have tons of casinos there.

it’s easy to say dazn needs to be more responsibly fiscally and they are probably going to have to be.

but then what incentive do fighters have to sign over there? visibility is low so they had to overpay in their attempt to disrupt the market. they lose that and they’re really screwed.

Commercial flights are still available from multiple UK airports connecting to London Heathrow for direct flights to the United States.

That’s why it’s ridiculous for dazn militants in the uk to tell
People in the USA that dazn also offers darts, soccer, and snooker....

It wouldn’t mean less boxing, depending on the route it went it might mean more. The only way it’s less is if dazn became the only boxing outlet in the USA....the sport would effectively die because the average sports fan wouldn’t have access to it anymore. Boxing in the USA needs to be on ESPN and FOX....not on an obscure app that most boxing fans let alone sports fans don’t even have

They signed the biggest name in boxing. They have the biggest name in boxing. Whether it’s through Oscar, Arum, Gary shaw, Haymon, Hearn etc is irrelevant.... Not sure what the obsession is with Hearn.... There is something about him that got some of you guys triggered.

If i was dazn i would to boost subscriptions and honesty intrigue and profits realocate the spending chill on overpaying boxers on dazn for the rate they paying boxers mikey garcia 7m they could pay em 3.5m put the rest towards increasing bellator pay if can lure pbc to dazn sign 6 more boxers at there worth like thurman porter charlo ugas or the other garcia lara harrison and the other charlo ortiz all on 6fight 20m contracts with 10m sign bonus .bring in 1 superstar like masdival jon jones israel or diaz for bellator with like 10 solid fighter like max holloway paula costa robbie lawler anthony pettis ngannou overeem expand bellator kickboxing in america and ww and do crossover fights aj vs ngannou masdival vs canelo then boost subscriptions to 15month or 150 yr and put mega fights on a 40-70ppv or 300. A yr ppv included premium package put fights like ngannou vs aj masdival vs canelo canelo ggg 3 aj vs wilder and fury and there superstar mma fighter and solid fights like lima vs lawler masdival vs page on those ppv premium level then maybe expand dazn football subscriptions do a deal with aac level and or big 12 college football conferance plus sign conference usa sunbelt and mwc caa big south and meac games on that channel launch a deal with lu and byu plus maybe even the cfl too for that way way dazn would have constant but not overflood of sports and with football even on a medium scale would crack into the usa on a grand scale boosting usa subscriptions drastically
