Of course he is. This is why boxers should be careful with their money whilst active. The numbers of American boxers that have gone broke over time in boxing is alarming. I know for a fact that Briggs and Jones Jr are not broke. These guys are fighters and they grew up fighting in the ring and out of the ring. Once the boxing bug bites you that's it and you're usually a lifer.

It would be funny if people are more interested in a 50+ boxing tournament than current HWs. Please include Tua in the mix too...may be in a 45-50 class. It could potentially keep boxing alive as current ones won't fight without a crowd. These guys can generate PPVs if it is priced low plus they won't be that demanding.

Promoters can put the current boxers in as under cards....

I see that Roy Jones Jr still likes being knocked out cold, smh. He went from being an all time great to a joke late in his career. He could have easily gone down as the greatest in history, but instead became a joke late in his career. Jones Jr has been chasing ghosts since losing to Tarver in fight 3. He fought with no heart in fight 3, he fought with no heart against Calzaghe, he fought with no heart against Hopkins in their 2nd fight....and then he fought with no chin after that. He should have fought Hopkins and Calzaghe in his prime. He should have fought Benn and Nunn. Perhaps he would have caught the ghost and gained unlimited riches and world wide notoriety.......and wouldn't be talking about getting knocked out against Tyson (or Holyfield).....which is bound to happen.
