Yeah that's pretty much how I see it. I thought Del Boy won the first fight in a close affair and I actually thought he was winning the 2nd more convincing (although the Ref was bailing out Whyte) before he got caught and blasted out late. The nature of the KO was brutal but Dereck has won the majority of the rounds the two have fought.

I'd be down for a 3rd fight.
