I said he would kill him in a fight, not in a conventional boxing match, but it would be also possible even in the latter if Ngannou lands one clean. The only hope for Whyte would be to outbox Ngannou while running away from him.

I think he'd be a decent mid level pro. Would probably have a good shot against guys like Washington, Breazele, Molina, Takam etc. But guys at that level arent making any more than Ngannou already makes in the UFC, and they certainly arent getting the same level of exposure. Hes a top 3 HW in MMA and with DC close to retirement and Stipe aging out hes almost certain to be the champ in the next few years. Not worth the move for him.
