I'm on record numerous times saying the HOF has too low a barrier to entry than I feel like it should have so lil surprises me with who gets in, but I'd lean more towards him not getting in as things stand. Or B- troll thread.

From a talent perspective I would say no, but winning titles in four weight classes and never ducking anyone weighs in his favor, especially since induction standards seem to be slipping in recent years.
