Yeah i can’t see how anyone besides Vargas and Mikey made money from that fight. A combined 10 mil for their purses is insane.

Nah, I've had DAZN for a year now and its been a solid deal. Lots of big fights on the horizon, so its one subscription that I'm glad to renew.

DAZN's problem is they have a limited number of fighters, and can't get those fighters to fight each other. PBC has a similar problem, but their stable is deeper. DAZN should be able to have Manny vs. Mikey, Devin vs. Kingry, and Andrade vs. GGG in 2020! Those are must-see TV!

Hearn tried to buy his way into the American market, throwing money around, signing made names for huge sums. I knew somebody was going to start crying, but I didn't think it would be Hearn. Andy put the brakes on his benevolence. He ran Hearns star out of town, now there won't be an American conquest. After that 20 million Andy payday, Hearn is talking about doing shows in his tool shed, like he's trying to save boxing.

                None of that matters.

Re-evaluation is across the board. That’s how markets work. Only fools think PBC or Top Rank wouldn’t be affected by the crisis in that many fights won’t be green lit or re-evaluated with purses. Floyd said it recently which meant he and Haymon have those board meetings about PBC value and what’s to happen for television.

Why would DAZN fighters leave to make even less when PBC or Top Rank have no guarantees with its current state of boxing?

Some of you are missing the point.

Terence Crawford gets a guaranteed $3 million minimum no matter who he fights.

That's not value for the customer.

Yeah. That was a crazy deal on their part. Pacqiuiao and Floyd were gettin paid usually between 20 mil to 32 mil and they were doing a million ppvs on average. Canelo and GGG getting 35 and 15 mil respectively on a non PPV platform is a massive bleeding. Noway they are making money.
