Wilder didn’t bust his eardrum the excuses have to stop that goes for other fighters making them .
Holyfield fails to mention the other fight ,he had Emmanuel Steward in his corner when he defeated Bowe and the only time . Is Wilder going to get competent trainers and his he going to listen to them? That’s the first problem. Ha

Wilders skill set
Wilder could punch and was long and those were his strengths . He used them to Max potential but his boxing skills were definitely questionable. Especially defensively where he often just pulled straight back and the fact that he had that long reach prevented him from getting tagged. But more importantly in my mind is that his level of competition was not good , the same applies to Fury. If you check out the records of both fighters opposition neither fought any top heavyweights except for Ortiz , Fury in Wilders case , Wilder and Klitchko in Fury's case. Fury beat Cunningham who was decent but so much smaller that all the leaning and grabbing on him just exhausted him and it was more that than Fury's skill which done him in. Joshua by contrast has beaten many of the top heavyweights right now and if he can get the Ruiz defeat out of his head has the best skills by far of the three. Just compare the opponents of the three men and you will see I'm talking truth..

wilder was hopeless in that fight but 1 thing u cant say about him is that he is a quitter, there was no quit whatsoever in him, hes a warrior and holyfield can see that too, its just wilder cant box very well, which is a problem v a good boxer like fury

The best I've seen Wilder box was the first Stiverne bout where he got his jab working early and mixed up his attacks while remaining mobile.
A return to that would be a welcome start for the trilogy but I think it'll take more to best a motivated Fury growing more accustom to the Kronk style.
Wilder has to take himself out of his comfort zone and employ the very best, as it's all on the line for him. Doing exactly the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity.

Wilder just needs to not where that 45-pound Black Panther costume and keep his knees strong. He does that, he'll KO Fury with the first punch he lands in round 1 easily.

3rd song, same result: Fury win
Wilder's eardrum was not busted or harmed. He had a cut in his ear. The hits he took were what wasted him. Lucky his corner threw in the towel.

That’s some real “do as I do,” and not “do as I say” from Holyfield. His son must’ve developed some real character from that example.
BIG RESPECT to Holyfield for seeing what TONS of fans witnessed: Wilder was lethargic from the start!! If that DUMB costume really beat him before he started to fight Fury? Well, shame on him! That costume was reminiscent of morbidity in the form of Captain Death!
Tyson resorted to watching courses in “Wrestling When Boxing Doesn’t Work” after his LOSS to Wilder in the first fight....Wilder definitely needs to concentrate on firing a better JAB and NUT KICKS if Tyson brings his **** game again.
Wilders just as fast as Tyson - if not faster and he hits harder, not having to resort to other forms of combat sport when boxing doesn’t seem to work!
BIG RESPECT to Wilder for having confidence in himself for a trilogy, when fan girls supported Tyson’s ****, GLOVE & headlocking strategy..
