SO WHAT?! Ray Robinson is world-class, Robinson beat Terence Crawford in the amateurs. After Ray Robinson drew with Egidijus Kavaliauskas he ( Robinson ) drew again with rising British contender Josh Kelly on the undercard of Joshua vs. Ruiz in NY. However, many fans felt Ray was robbed.
Not only that. From what I've read, a lot of respected boxing insiders consider Ray Robinson to be the P4P GOAT, so definitely no shame in a draw with that guy.

Shawn Porter is a wild swinging pressure fighter that cant punch. Always has been.
But he's still better than Kavaliauskas! All day, every day! So is Ugas and Danny Garcia!

I feel like Crawford can beat every welterweight not named Pacquiao. Pac probably still beats him.

Porter isn't more skilled than any of the quality opponents Crawford has fought(Dulorme, Postol, Khan, Gamboa). Dude cant even throw a straight right hand with power. Most of his shots are arm punches(amateur ****) which is why he doesn't get stoppages even against smaller opponents like Diaz and Granados. You mistake durability for skill. His greatest asset is he can take a hell of a punch and keep fighting, he also tries very hard with great work ethic. He also has Al Haymon. His actual boxing "skill" leaves much to be desired. For all the strength and muscle he has he doesn't even throw punches with much power compared to his peers. Its even worse than Timothy Bradley. His workrate is enough to outpoint skilled lazy mother****ers like Danny and Broner and neither were damaged much after going 12 with him.

You're analysis of Porter is very good, but he's a better fighter than Dulorme, Khan, Benavidez, Horn, and Kavaliauskas! Again, all day, every day! So is DSG and Ugas! Those are just facts! If Crawford chooses Brook, he should at least fight him @ 154, so it's at least competitive.

The most dangerous opponent he can face is Ugas who is big for 147, has good reach, throws a straight powerful accurate right hand, and is an Olympic medalist who is well schooled in technical boxing. I would much rather Crawford face Porter.

Y'all aint really in here hyping up Mean Machine are y'all? Smh this is the problem with Crawford fans, if you wanna say he is P4P#1 fine he has some positives to his game(a lot of flaws too which nobody on this biased ass forum ever brings up) but don't try to sit here and make his opposition he has fought in his entire career better than what it is, outside of Gamboa he has never faced anyone worth talking about.

Mean Machine honestly LOST that fight to Ray Robinson, a guy who Ugas and that no punching Shawn Porter both handled with relative ease bro. The only things Ray Robinson has going for him is he is a southpaw with long arms. Doesn't have exceptional power or handspeed, and has run of the mill journeyman level skills... and if you want to argue ANYONE won the fight it would be Ray Robinson not basic limited ass mean machine with his **** gas tank and one dimensional stand in the phone booth and hope you'll just trade back with me style, and non existent footwork. Crazy thing is Crawford fought him southpaw the same way Robinson did, only difference is Robinson wasn't eating right hands like scooby snacks from this average ass dude.

This dude Mean Machine is a Carlos Ocampo level opponent(both were undefeated going into their fights(honestly Ocampo was better he never drew with a Journeyman), both were succeaful amatuers, both got knocked out). Stop hyping this sorry ass dude up to be more than what he is. Y'all don't know **** about boxing jesus christ.

But Spencer is more physically gifted. But let's stop talking about fights that aren't going to happen anytime soon.
