This idea that "Mayweather carried him" is bull**** spread by boxing purists and Mayweather fan boys. Nobody would risk getting caught with that kind of uppercut especially not even knowing the type of power McGregor had. Mayweather was obviously old and thick looking and wasn't in his prime, but he clearly lost multiple rounds to McGregor cleanly.

Floyd not given his biggest rivals rematch ever. This rematch doesn't qualify as biggest rival, just like Castillo and maidana isnt, that is reserved for rivals with the best resumes.
But why not? But Floyd made boxing look quite bad making a m mma fighter look so good.

He didn't train and was out at the club late hours the night of the fight.

You also heard Senior keep saying after every round, "whenever you're ready", meaning whenever he's ready to stop carrying Conor.

It's sad when you get walked down and stopped by a version of Floyd that clearly didn't even bother training. He treated it like an exhibition, just like Nasukawa who also got some shots in (see avi) before getting walked down.

Has floyd blasted anyone out in the first 4? Rarely if ever in his later career so i think if i had 12months to train on an unlimited budget, best facilities ever. I think id look good for 2 to 4 rounds if floyd was feeling me out like all his opponents. Tbh im 28 and 6ft 1 walk around at 170lbs i could get down to 147 and have a great size advantage over floyd, I want the fight!!!

and all am saying is this time Floyd will fight the first 7 rounds differently because he will try to see what he can and can't do at the same time setting up a 3rd fight $$$.

the uppercut is the only thing ill give connor credit for mayweather clearly got caught early like anyone can but after that like the usual past opponents they can't find that punch that worked for them again.

Exactly this. I saw McGregor throw a load of pitty-pat punches, Mayweather did nothing, Mayweather threw something, it ended.
