    Bob Arum offered Vasiliy Lomachenko and Teofimo Lopez interim bouts recently. Lomachenko could've fought an opponent other than Lopez in June. Lopez would've been able to face someone other than Lomachenko in July. Neither lightweight champion was interested in any bout but theirs, thus their promoter hopes to put it together for September.

    So much for Lopez saying that Loma doesn't want the smoke.

    This is the best scheduled fight in Boxing imo.

        I mean Arum himself was saying that Lomachenko wanted a tune up fight first and then these two would fight after that.

        But let's just get to the big match ups man. I know it may not be the best business decision but the UFC showed that PPVs can still move even in this pandemic.

          It'll be nice to have this to look forward to. But I don't get excited until I hear the contracts are signed and the deals are done.
