Why didnt 3G stick to making bum title defences until he had surpassed hopkins?

Instead of stepping up to world title level with lemieux and getting beaten 3 guys later?

You're on fire today ain't ya champ?

The obvious answer is because the 'title defense record' wasn't his goal. He was looking for bigger name opponents all along but only started to get em when the risk and reward he offered started to come into line for potential opponents.

Let's have a look through your thread history:

Mmmm. These are the last 10 threads you made in a nutshell (paraphrased for brevity)

    GGG fights bums
    GGG fake titles
    GGG fights bums
    Fury Defenses
    GGG fights bums
    Danny Jacobs ears
    GGG fights bums
    GGG fake titles
    GGG fake titles
    Canelo is great

I think I'm starting to see a pattern emerging there, my man. I gotta wonder what you do list says when you wake up of a morning.

      - -Got a poster of squalling Popkins crawling the canvas on all fours like a kicked cur trying to get Roy and SuperJoe DQed.

The poster that gives him his satisfactions and dreams.

Hopkins still a Gee. Chose to fight hard punchers like Kova, Shumenov, Joe all close to 50 years of age. Unheard of. Problem with Bernard was pushing his luck on the ropes slanting so horizontal on an opening.

Realistically Bernard is very fortunate that his fall, head on the tile, wasn’t something so severe. The friction sliding on the cameramen as well as his legs absorbing the fall saved him from life Threatening injuries. Executioner gets a pass, grandpa style

It's always the outstanding fighters who get trashed the most.the average fighters aren't worth the effort to trash. GGG is 38 years old and still high up on most pfp best lists. This only true of GGG and Pacquaio. No other boxers that old are that good and that highly rated. So haters trash them a lot for no logical reason. They make up reasons to trash them.

Manny pacquiao is a outstanding fighter.

GGG resume say otherwise. He beat nobody after nobody for years. Then when he fought solid guys. Jacobs, canelo, derevychencko...every fight was debatable.. He solid but he aint in Pacquiao's class. Love him or hate him. Manny a legend. GGG is not that level.

            Let be real

Shame on you for putting GGG and Manny Pacquiao in the same sentence.

You don't have to apologise to me, man. We all need something to give our lives meaning. It's a slightly strange obsession you got there, IMO, but then who am I to judge?
