True, those two and macdonald's are the trifecta of Boxing Scene's fangirl/GGG hater idiocy. Sometimes even trying to cloak the hate in a thread title where the thread material shifts from a different subject to hate on a man who makes more in a fight than all three of those haters make in a lifetime combined. But in this case the thread starter actually started belittling Canelo by not recognizing that Canelo is a better counter-puncher than Dorticos, among other variables that the 4 fighters mentioned have nothing in common...go figure. Mental migetry at its finest.
Why didn’t GGG fight Canelo the way Gassiev SMASHED Dorticos?

Actually, if you knew boxing doe, given your registration date, Gassiev has way more traits and style from Canelo than GGG or Dorticos combined. Gassiev is a followup, sequential puncher to the top and body, and does them in quick spurts, Mexican style.True, those two and macdonald's are the trifecta of Boxing Scene's fangirl/GGG hater idiocy. Also, Gassiev has counter punching ability exactly like Canelo. If you recall the Gassiev Dorticos ending, Gassiev pulls back and counters with a hook to the top the way Canelo popped Kovalev.
Show some respect to true Mexican style in Gassiev. And this is why I asked, because GGG was ''Mexican style,'' yet didn't fight for all the marbles the way he did before or the way Gassiev did, Mexican style.

The comparison was the GGG to Gassiev and Canelo to Dorticos syntax and since no two fights are alike, 4 fighters throw even more variables into the equation.Actually, if you knew boxing doe, given your registration date, Gassiev has way more traits and style from Canelo than GGG or Dorticos combined. GGG did very well to finally win a title in the ring whenhe was 34, but lets not go overboard and compare him to a future great like canelo, who was doing the same when he was barely out of his teens.
They are completely different leagues.
ANyway Gassiev is took Dorticos apart methodically.Comment

Why didn’t Ali stick and move against Foreman?
Why did Hagler attack Hearns the way he did and why did Fury do the same to Wilder?
Why did these men fight uncharacteristically?
Not because they did the math and found this new strategy to be one that would ultimately work, no. Couldn’t be. It’s because they were scared. Scared of the real man. It’s the only thing that makes any sense. Heh.
Another joke of a thread from a guy who isn’t even a boxing fan. He’s just some Canelo fan.Comment

You gotta learn to roll with the punches! I could’ve asked, “why didn’t GGG fight Canelo Mexican style? But the same boring excuses would be made avoiding the real answers. “Because he’s not Mexican” etc.. therefore, these threads are better, particularly because Gassiev is still with Abel, and he fights more Mexican style than GGG.Why didn’t Ali stick and move against Foreman?

Well he got completely embarrassed by Usyk so I don't know what that says about Sanchez's teaching. You gotta learn to roll with the punches!
