I think a 32 year old bartender named Kevin McBride stopping Tyson is more impressive. I think he lost every fight after that lol

Tyson is comparing Mayweather to himself (“imagine if a guy with 10 rounds with me”). Mayweather can barely punch.

Mike is right. McGregor did really good, most boxers and commentators said McGregor wouldn't land a punch. He landed more than most of Mayweathers professional boxing opponents. He made Mayweathers change his style, Mayweather was outboxed the first rounds. If it was a six round fight McGregor would have won.

If it was a 6 round fight Floyd would have stopped him in 3.

He didnt make Floyd change his style, Floyd fought to a game plan.

Nobody thought Floyd would walk up like a robot, if Floyd was to train and box like Floyd boxes Connor would have looked foolish and everybody be saying it was too easy, FM bet on himself and stopped him in the payoff round .

Floyd carried Connor until he cashed him out.

What a joke. McGregor only went 10 rounds bc Mayweather had the over on 9.5 rounds. McGregor would be outboxed by amateurs

McGregor came out in the 10th round completely exhausted. he didnt train for a long fight.
and/or he expected to KO Floyd early. lol

Tyson is a very troubled damaged man.

McGregor did great against Mayweather. But he did have a few amateur boxing bouts years ago as far as I remember. I don't think he was very good

Mayweather wouldn't have the guts to even fight without big gloves let alone to even go to half-mma rules.

                    So yes Conor deserves credit.

No amateur record has ever been posted that I have found and I have been unable to locate his record as an amateur. If you have access to it than please post it. He himself has never spoken of an amateur career. I think he trained in boxing quite heavily in Crumlin but went in the direction of other striking sports. Honestly his boxing style looks more based on Kempo Karate than traditional western boxing
