At 37:
SRL- in the middle of a long retirement, would comeback for just one more loss. Didnt win a fight after age 32
Marvin Hagler-Long since retired
Michael Spinks- Retired for many years. Didn't even win a fight in his 30s
Muhammad Ali-Never won a fight at age 37 and older, only had two losses
Lennox Lewis- Retired
I get it, we like to hope that boxers can go on for ever (and some do) but really after age 35 most fighters are just shells of what they once were. Thats why we rarely give credit for beating old man boxers (see Coming to America).

Floyds entire skillset relies on speed and timing, the first things that erode in a fighter, Floyd can slow and gut it out in the trenches if he has to but not from choice.
Floyd is done as an elite boxer but not done making money with sideshows if people are going to pay for it.
