I hear where you're coming from and it's still yet to be seen if Roy can be a successful main trainer but given it's Eubank Jr, whose ego is massive to the point where he has thought for most of his career he didn't need a trainer, it may work since Jr. typically doesn't respect or listen to any trainers, but he respects Roy for his accomplishments and seems to listen to him. This may be the right fit and if it's not, Eubank isn't likely to learn anything from someone who may be a better trainer but hasn't accomplished as much as Roy as a fighter.

Good point but you know what it is when fighters, especially nowadays lose. They blame it on everyone else before they blame it on themselves. Wouldn't be surprised if Eubank lost under Roy and turned around and said that Roy sold him a bag a goods for money since he has no other income now. Hopefully it doesn't happen and they both can prove that this is a good relationship, if that works it will also help Roy greatly by getting him more and more bigger name fighters.
