Guys seem to come and go with him.
if they are paying he's happy with that by what I see . An example he's got a female fighter who I imagine is sponsored and paying him but she has made no progress under him and even lost to a journeywomen 1 or 2 fights ago so she's going nowhere and wasting her time and he knows that but it's business for him , nothing wrong with that I guess.

Eubank ... you know your daddy ducked Roy Jones jr. and James Toney. Toney told him back then that he'll beat him and his momma's ass. He was scared of them guys. You know deep down that you wish Roy Jones Jr. Was your real dad and Toney was your uncle.

Roy was a very unorthodox fighter in his prime. He was getting away with many things because of his speed. These things can't be taught.

I'm sure Roy worked with a lot of different fighters in the past decade with different styles, but when you've been so successful with one style, you'll automatically tend to try to teach that style, and Roy's style is extremely unique, it can't really be taught.

Can Roy be a benefit for Eubank or anyone for that matter? Absolutely, but should he be a chief trainer? that remains to be seen.
I hear where you're coming from and it's still yet to be seen if Roy can be a successful main trainer but given it's Eubank Jr, whose ego is massive to the point where he has thought for most of his career he didn't need a trainer, it may work since Jr. typically doesn't respect or listen to any trainers, but he respects Roy for his accomplishments and seems to listen to him. This may be the right fit and if it's not, Eubank isn't likely to learn anything from someone who may be a better trainer but hasn't accomplished as much as Roy as a fighter.

Both Roy and Floyd were naturally gifted, especially in there primes. But Floyd has a better shot as a trainer than Roy because his fundamentals were always solid and they developed from a very young age. If Floyd dedicated and sacrificed his time towards it, he would be a great trainer, and could adapt showing different styles of fighting. His boxing IQ and ring generalship were extremely high. Just listen to past fighters who fought Floyd, they all talk about how he controlled everything inside the ring, adjusted during fights, and they couldn’t execute what they did best, Floyd took it away. If Floyd could really show those intangibles that he perfected over time inside the ring along with pure boxing fundamentals along with offensive and defensive techniques, he would be a great trainer. I just don’t believe he has the time or desire or commitment for another fighter.

As much as I think Jr could learn something from Roy, I can't see Sr taking it for long..

I predict a quick and unhappy ending....

I like Eubank Junior, but he is not multidextrous when he is inside of the ring.

Eubank Junior has great athleticism, great stamina 'If you was to teach him a sequence or move he could probably master it'. But he lacks ability to know when to apply these things inside of the ring 'He is a fighter who just reacts off instinct, he has limited ability to read a situation, warp time and just like a top snooker/pool player anticipate 2-3 shots ahead of the game'. That is exactly what fighters like Roy Jones Junior, Floyd Mayweather, Bernard Hopkins had the ability to do 'At elite level usually it is those specific abilities that separate fighters from the following pack'.

Deontay Wilder is another fighter who suffers from this limited ability, but fundamentally he is even worse than Chris Eubank Junior 'Junior at-least has some solid fundamentals'.
