Joshua sure didn’t sound brave when he said he’s not fighting wilder until 2020, his career will not be rushed and he’s not fighting wilder until his in the best position to win.

It didn’t sound brave when Barry Hearn said AJ shouldn’t fight wilder until 2020 if ever.

I know You know that AJ didn’t want wilder fight.

Yeah I could tell that by all the career high pay lowballs Wilder kept recieving from Joshua, some already pre signed. But wilder wanted that fight so much that he refused them all and talked about how easy he could fill his calendar with in house fights.

Amazing how many fighters are brave enough to challenge other fighters during the pandemic knowing they are safe from having to fight them. Hearn knows this but he always has been full of it.

You talking about the low ball flat fees equivalent to 12.5/15%? Meanwhile Parker got 37% and Martin got 47% which equaled to 34.4 times his highest payday. Nobody is fooled by those BS offers.

If AJ doesn’t offer Fury a flat fee then that just proves he was playing games and didn’t want to fight wilder all along.

              I can’t wait...

May come down to splitting the PPV audiences. AJ will want a larger cut of the UK one due to his popularity and numbers generated and the fact that Fury hasn't fought in the UK for years. While Fury will obviously want a much bigger chunk of the US revenue where he's established himself more with the WWE jaunt and trilogy against Wilder. Again he'll also point toward AJ's one appearance in the US as being a flop.

Then there's the venue. Without question AJ would consider Wembley Stadium as home advantage while Fury and Arum etc feel AJ's a lot more vulnerable in the likes of Vegas where Fury is more than comfortable being the home fighter.

They also may have reason to believe such a massive fight in Vegas may bring on a certain degree of anxiety for AJ as was suggested in the first Ruiz fight. There was definitely something wrong with AJ, his demeanor, body language were completely different that night. I'm fairly sure the US is the last place he wants to have the fight for all the marbles.

Then there's Saudi Arabia with all in the money? Who knows? As for the petty stuff like who comes out first, who's on what side of the poster etc I get the impression that will fall into place once the splits and venue are agreed. Lot of egos and justifiable points on both sides.
All good points. We'll see how it all shakes out.
