Why, just cause dude doesn't just continually press action and haymakers, does he recieve so much hate? Honestly? It's crazy. Spinks is great with the craft. You cant become a champion with such a light fist without being ill with the craft.

I personally like watching Spinks fight. He's great at outboxing people. I dont really care that he doesn't have much knockout power.

And I really dont feel PBF vs Spinks would be THAT lopsided like everyone makes it out to be. I think it could be a great fight.

PBF chose the dude who's probably the least likely to knock him out...and he figures he can outbox Spinks to a decision or a fight close enough that it's 50/50 and people wanna see PBF/Hoya still.

No doubt about it, Spinks is def a tougher fight then Margarito.

Spinks just beat Karma, the same man the beat Ouma. Karma was the #1 man at 154.

Spinks also beat Mayorga, when Mayorga was top of his game after beating Forrest who beat Mosley twice.

Spinks also beat Judah.

Spinks is good skill boxer, who will give anyone a tough fight if he's on top of his game.

It makes me sick, that many dumb asses on this board shows Margerito more respect then Spinks.

I would of liked to see Floyd fight Baldomir at 147. Many will say Spinks is a safer choice but I don't see it that way. He is a snarter boxer then Baldomir and will make a lot of close rounds. It will most likely go to the score cards with Mayweather winning a 116-112 like decision.

hahahahaha. yeah quite a following , floyd wasn't sure if he wanted to fight him but then he remembered he had lost 2 fights ago, which is not as good as zab who was fresh of off a loss to baldomir but was around as good as sharmba who also was a fight removed from a loss. Baldomir has nine losses but they are years ago and the same goes for margarito and floyd goes with the philosophy "what have you done for me lately" you know, recent losses a big plus.


just ****en. i think spinks is a good boxer but i just can't picture him outboxing floyd mayweather, that's why i though it would be better if he fought baldy or margarito because they offer a matchup that's stylistically interesting.
