    Don’t agree with Floyd here

If Floyd continued his career fighting dudes like Berto, he should have retired

I like the respect Floyd has for Manny. He's right that at Manny's age (both in boxing and in life) the young guns should be looking to fight each other, not a faded legend. Still, I just think it's in Manny's nature that for as long as he's in boxing he always wants to be fighting top guys.
But in the real world the young guns are expected to chase the legends.

And you cant have it both ways , Manny is dropping the names of the top guys all over the place why should they say oh your old, the whole concept of an active legend being left alone is just not realistic, sounds honorable but not realistic in professional sport.

Manny could start a veterans group and then it would fly.

A man who named himself Money doesn’t see why these young guys want a piece of manny too

Berto is 2-time champion and brings the noise every time he fights.

Porter / Berto was a top flight fight. And Berto performed better against Floyd than Manny did.

Did Berto win a round. I don’t remember

manny clearly won two rounds 4 and 6.

It’s alright. Berto was a 38 year old Floyd’s retirement fight. A legend with a long career is entitled to a cherry picked retirement fight

Thats the way I seen it, pick who you want in your last fight you did the time heres your Gold watch.. Manny had Rios Horn Vargas Broner as career fights Floyd could not fight that level and get away with it.

Did you forget about a 3 foot midget kickboxer and McGregor, a debutante, I think those fighters you mentioned rate a little higher than Floyd’s last 2

They are sideshows they are not boxing nobody took these as serious fights, Tyson is about to do the same in his way, Floyd retired from pro boxing with Berto.

                      yes

Guy you already beat twice comfortably-Vargas-Horn-Lucas-Broner

Floyd wouldn’t ever have an awful 5-opponent run like that

Being the best meant Floyd was held to a higher standard plus he was money driven. So Floyd puts matches people demand between easy pick fights

                      Mosley-Ortiz-Cotto-Guerrero-Alvarez

Floyd sometimes faced threats back to back

                      Maidana 2-manny

manny went 4 or 5 cherries in a row with the middle pick backfiring on him when he lost a decision

manny broke that run with Thurman. Manny f he kept that run up, might as have retired
