Actually a good little interview. I didn't hear a single "Like I've said before" or "He's a tough competitor".

I like the respect Floyd has for Manny. He's right that at Manny's age (both in boxing and in life) the young guns should be looking to fight each other, not a faded legend. Still, I just think it's in Manny's nature that for as long as he's in boxing he always wants to be fighting top guys.

I mean, obviously it means more for them to fight each other from a legacy standpoint, but old Manny is still a champ and is going to be their biggest possible fight. It is what it is. Pac beating Thurman planted him right back in the mix atop the division.
