Seriously though... Plant is stronger and more consistent round after round in the ring IMO. No doubt it will be a great competitive fight, but I just can't see Benavidez lasting 12 in this one. Obviously I could be proven wrong, but at this stage I doubt it.

That is one cool thing to say. Regardless who is ducking who my biggest gripe is the video of David's promoter saying he wants to let the fight marinate.

This is the problem with sports in general today. Everything is all about hype and if someone loses suddenly they suck and are forgotten about. David's promoter is a fool if he really said this and meant it. If Plant and Benavidez put on a good show regardless the outcome, people will want to see a rematch and that itself is the best promotion you could ask for. Nobody wants to continue to see decision fights. People want action and they want to see definitive winners.
