Let's be honest here, these two are pretty old and are as popular as they are going to get. Both wasting most of their careers taking on lesser competition, it's time for this fight to happen, these guys are looking for Canelo, Mayweather, Pacquiao type of money and that's never going to happen, the most these guys are going to get from fighting each other is probably in the range of 10 million, and now with no live gates, they would be lucky to get that. Spence probably needs a tune up after his accident, but this fight shouldn't take place later than late this year or early next year. It's time, it's as good as it's going to get.

Sounds like a 'runner' ...get this fight on let the winner take the status as the top welter and the money that goes with it.

UFC had some CRAZY numbers last night. Fans are starving for sports. It could easily do 300K buys. And the fight won't even cost near what Wilder/Fury cost.

This is the main problem within boxing right now. Every decent fighter wants unrealistic money. They want massive guarantees simply because they know themselves that the PPV numbers wont be that good. The bottom line is that these two aren't that popular and the only way to become popular is to fight the best. Theres no shortcut to Mayweathers kind of numbers.

Let`s not pretend they are superstars. It is not Pacquiao - Mayweather situation. They are just 2 world class welterweights and it is a fight like Thurman -Porter or Spence -Porter.

This will never be a huge fight.

And that will put Spence around 33. Plus Spence will be fighting much better opponents while Crawford has no one on his street.

I would totally pay $60 for that fight today.

That's the truth. Somebody is steering them wrong if they do actually think they are the new May-Pac draw.
