UFC is on the rise while boxing is heading in a different direction and lack of major fights is the reason. These guys are not household names. If they listen to bob and drop the price then maybe it could reach 300k. UFC PPVs have done over 1 millions buys the last 4 ppvs.

And that’s the pathetic side of boxing; “we don’t want to fight the best at the moment because we’ll only get around $5-8m instead of possibly $10-12m”.

      I’ll say it again, pathetic.

If it's always about the money, then I don't give a devil's fork in hell about this fight. I hope one of them loses in the interim. I mean how much exactly do they hope to get in this fight? $20 million each? Even soldiers in the front line of battles who risk their lives a thousand fold don't even get $1 mil per year.

Karma is needed on these greedy mthrfkrs.

Yep. That's all fans can do at this point, hope and pray
one or the other or both lose their next fight.
          It's not impossible these days.
We need another Rosario moment for these clowns.

Boxing is the only sport where you can duck top opponents this way.

I don’t care about build up. I care about the fights actually happening. In this case, waiting is good, but for a different reason. Tune up fight. I don’t want either guy to go into this fight rusty. They should both get good work in before they fight each other. Any other reason for a delay is just bullsh#t. They aren’t getting any younger.

The noise out of Spence camp aren't great. They don't want it as much as Crawford, imo

How do you build the biggest fight in the division that doesn't involve Manny? As a matter of fact only TWO fights in the division would be bigger Manny/Spence or Manny/Crawford. Spence's accident almost meant the fight would NEVER happen.

Lastly when has "marinating" a fight beyond the fighter prime has worked? Floyd/Pacman was the exception not the rule and should not be looked at as the business model.

Seems there's no rush from the Spence camp for the Crawford fight. Bud wants it badly now.
