This could have been true but he's made some bad choices along the way. Latest was fighting Spence.

As of right now he's not there yet.

It's not just a lack of marquee wins either. I struggle to think of many of his fights that I ever had to watch twice.

man what is wrong with this dude. to be remembered as one of the best he has to be one of the best (at 135 where he should be) 147 is too much for him 140 is the most he should ever be fighting at. he looks ******ed in there with the real 147 fighter. he doesnt have that one thing that gets him over the "smaller fighter" issue. take Manny he was superfast duran super powerful punch Floyd super reflexes and smarts. etc... Mikey doesnt have that super.... he does everything good but nothing super.

Without question? Until he actually does it, there'll be questions whether he actually can. I'd like to see Garcia in any of those fights.

Mikey went 0 for 12 with Spence a fighter that had a hell of a time with Porter ...... Porter would cause a serious mauling if him and mikey would ever fight. Mikey vs Danny would end up in Danny KO;ing him. A healthy Thurman-fight would look like the Spence's fight 12-0. mikey is very talented but he does not have that super edge .....like pac or floyd. Speed is average, power is average, ring IQ is above average but his defense is lacking just look at his last fight with Vargas he was getting hit way too many times. Chin seems good but not special (floored by rocky martinez and pretty much quit against salido).....

insert any of the guys you mentioned in mikey's last fight and he gets beat down that night.
