Who is at 147 that Garcia is going to establish this legacy against? He isn't beating Spence (proven), Crawford, Porter, Danny Garcia, and probably not Thurman or Ugas. He just wants the money match with an old Pacquiao.
Even at 140, fights with Ramirez, Taylor or Programs are by no means certain "wins" and, at that weight, Mikey can't use the size excuse.

Mikey, without question would out box Porter, KO Thurman & TKO D Garcia..

I don't know why I read this garbage. Man steps up in weight and takes on the best, and gets dismantled. Then he fights a formidable opponent and puts him on his ass. And everybody hates on him. What should the man do? Not fight anybody? Would that make you clowns happy here? He has 2 WW fights. Let the man have a career!

People aren't 'hating on him' for those fights in and of themselves. The problem is that he is saying he is going to be remembered as one of the best fighters of this era. Inevitably if you are going to make a claim like that, people are going to say something if you've lost a one-sided fight very recently.

Mikey should just keep his head down and work on making his record the best it can be rather than worrying about how it looks so far.

Mikie Garcia is not all that

I lost respect for Mikie after he faught Spence. He shot his mouth off like he was the greatest and he wanted to fight the best, etc, then on fight night he faught ony to servive.

When he is being interviewed by ESNews, he is on his cell phone or eating, like he could care less about the fans who are watching.

I think he is overrated and is in it for the money. He never liked boxing to begin with. He will be fat soon just like Robert.

I like Robert and can tolerate Mikie, but Mikie has an attitude while Robert doesn't.

I like Mikey and he certainly is world class just went up too far. I would rather see him drop down and test himself against that group at 135 it would be just as impressive and easier dealing that group than the one at 147
