My money will be on Serrano if they fight.
Serrano has zero good wins above 126 and you think she's got a chance against the greatest ever at 147 (or a 145 catchweight)?

Braekhus has never lost more than three rounds in any fight in her career and all she does is fight champions.

Serrano has fought a much, much lesser competition in much smaller weight classes and come out of it with a loss and a draw so far.

Again, Braekhus will be 39 years old going on 40 by the time they fight.

I'll find you so we can make a bet when that time comes. Assuming Serrano gets by Katie Taylor.

You can bring up Cecilia's age all you want but that doesn't change the fact that Serrano has NOTHING on her resume that indicates she stands a chance.

We saw Cecilia beat a two division (135, 140) champ in utterly dominant fashion six months ago. Serrano's last fight was against a 17-14 club fighter at 131 pounds.

Braekhus came off a long layoff and a foot injury and dominated a two division champion in her last bout. There is absolutely nothing that indicates her skills have slipped at all.

Serrano is way, way overmatched and way, way outsized. And that's if she even gets by Taylor. Taylor got handed a gift against Persoon but she still has way better wins than Serrano does.

I'm glad you're feeling so confident about Braekhus. Looking forward to making a bet with you when the time comes.
