I think he’s got a long wait , possibly losing to Joyce, how long AJ sticks around , how does he stack up to Hrgovic, Sirenko two future title contenders and a possibility of Fury hanging around longer ? The Joyce fight should tell us better odds of Hameds prediction .

I'm not convinced a loss against Joyce will change anything to what Dubois will achieve. I think eventually he'll become the champion. Can we see Fury and/or AJ in 4/5 years? I personally can't. The 2 you mentioned are possible and along with Dubois at this moment, they could be the shining light for the HW division in terms of quality fighters (should they progress like some think they will)

Saying that, who knows in 2 years time and both Fury/AJ still about about, maybe Dubois is ready to take the mantel off them both.. I'm hoping so. HW needs something imo. I think it's missing a spark, probably the 3 way sitcom is running its course...

A loss to Joyce takes him way off course, it’s either a quick title shot or another 3 years ,it’s one of those . A heavyweight takeover will have another 3 way after the current one , Sirenko, Conto and and a host of others coming by 2023 , DDD has his hands full but an immediate takeover is unlikely.

Of course. A loss is back to the drawing board.

Any attempts immediately is suicidal imo. Hopefully Frank doesn't get carried away. He's experienced enough to handle the situation I'm sure.. The question is, can Dubois be patient enough?

If he gets past Joyce, he has to focus on securing the WBO mando, it's practically his only route with Frank as I can't see anyone just giving him a shot.

Usyk's technique will be an issue for him, but honestly I'd put him in with the likes of Parker next up - if he gets past Joyce.

I think he'll likely be a world champ within the next 3 years providing the belts arent consolidated between one or two Fury or AJ level guys.

He hasn't fought anyone apart from Gorman who might just be another Dave Allen at this point. Apart from his jab, I don't think Dubois has shown me anything exceptional. His power is in the same ballpark as the other B-level contenders (nothing special). His footwork is average. His defence is below average. His chin is yet to be tested apart from getting hurt/dazed against a 45y/o Ghanaian man. And he's still very inexperienced.

I don't even think he can beat Joyce at this point due to Joyce's workrate. He needs to take it slow for the next 2-3 yrs and develop fully. Even with that, I don't see him ever dominating the division. He'll most likely be one of the best but with all those huge Russians, he has his work cut out. When he starts getting punched back - that will determine how far he'll go.

Hamed fought one top flight fighter ...lost , refused the rematch had one more low level fight and retired .I can't take him seriously.
