im not conspiracy guy....especially not on this subject...but lets act like an 89 year old man dying is some big suprise out of the blue...lol

if ever there was someone they could use to inflate numbers artificially under the guise....this would be a prime example....im not saying it is....but an 89 year old man is prime candidate to come down with a serious case and already likely has compromised immune system....

But he did pass away from the virus as stated in the article. Had it been any other affliction (cancer, influenza, heart disease), his passing would have contributed to the aggregate number that comprise their death toll. It's no different. There is no inflation of those numbers.

Regardless, it's terribly sad and my prayers and thoughts to his family.

No, again please. I feel sad for the passing of Jimmy Glenn, this man was one of the most who helped in the boxing community, especially the young bloods who he guided to the right path. Great trainer, cut man and a tremendous humble human being. My condolences and my prayers to his family in this sad time. Jimmy Glenn, you have earned your rest, you make a positive impact to the boxing community and you don't have regrets, Rest In Peace and rest assure that your legacy is going to carry around.

It's ironic that people say that about Covid-19 when we tabulate the numbers by actual positive tests as opposed to the flu (in which we take the positive test results and multiply them to project what we think is a more accurate model).

That's not to say I agree with everything (or most) that's broadcast by the media but I also don't have patience for the tin hat brigade either.

Coronaviruses (SARS, MERS, etc) are not the enfluenza virus. Neither one of us are PhD’s in biomedical research nor MDs in Forensic Pathology. I go with what the professionals tell me, that’s why we pay them. If it’s something to do with today’s modern battlefield from a Soldier perspective, law enforcement dignitary protection, or corporate security consultation then I’ll put my stamp on it and stand by what I know. Saying he was taken too soon is just not true, he lived longer then the average American. Hell MOST BOXERS would praise god to live that long considering the punishment they take.
