Canelo was always honest, he said from the beginning he wasn’t interested in fighting ggg because he doesn’t posses a challenge but would consider it if the money was right which DAZN threw in a bonus for canelo so now he is on board... it’s ggg’s b.itch ass that is backing out because he wants to keep his word with szeremeta? Oh well maybe if the money is right. Prior to that he was adamant that there wouldn't be a 3rd fight. That's why he was pissed at Oscar when Oscar started talking about the 3rd fight as if it was definitely happening. And is there proof he's getting a bonus from dazn? They asked him to fight ggg last Sept and he s***ed on dazn and his Mexican fans on their holiday. But none of his fans said he was ducking. They praised his "morals". You're really going to sit here and say that those wins (where he was better than a 3-1 favorite in both fights) were bigger than getting a decision over an undefeated ggg who was favored going in? His haters over the years may have been wrong on most the specifics, and may have had ulterior motives for their hatred of the guy, but overall, they were right about him being all talk, no action. As a day-1 fan, I'm still waiting to see him move up to 175 and take out the top light heavyweights. But he never even reached first base of his plan, becoming undisputed at 160 and moving up to 160. And even near 40 years old, he's been content to waste seemingly as much time as possible.

Before the SD fight canelo said ggg needed a belt first, then canelo said he didn’t want the 3rd fight at all, then he said if the money is right... so I’m sure of what I’m talking about, and no I don’t have a link to the bonus thing I’ve just heard it to be fair so I’m going with that because like I said canelo stated he don’t want the 3rd fight unless the money is there... being that he now wants it and ggg is backing out just tells me the bonus thing is true and ggg is just playing hard ball to get a bonus himself... just speculation I must admit. Yes and that’s based on the accolades that each of those two fighters have... as opposed to what ggg has... and if you want to play the odds game, then give canelo credit for fighting and beating ggg as an underdog.

I mean the Canelo tards know full and well Canelo had no interest. They know De La Hoya went on record numerous times that there was nothing left for Canelo to prove. And suddenly DAZN makes their statement clear about the trilogy and suddenly Canelo-GGG 3 has to happen? GTFOH, they never wanted the trilogy. Stop with the ducking and the hate for the old man. Follow your logic. Canelo has nothing left to prove, so allow each to move on. Regardless of who thinks who won what, it would be unreasonable for anyone to think that a 38 year old should spend additional shelf life waiting on anyone, specially during this COVID mess.
