I've been watching this forum for quite awhile before actually signing up and have seen a lot of insightful posts. That being said, I've also seen a lot of biased, race based, and downright hateful posts. I don't claim to know everything about boxing or will ever claim to know everything about boxing but what I do know is that we as fans don't know ****. Someone on here is going to call me a casual and that's fine because I can give two ****s about what you think of me. I love boxing. To me, it's the greatest sport in the world. The hard thing for me to y understand us why everybody in here is a f****in expert at what a boxer is thinking or why a boxer does what he does. I really want to know how the f*** you know what's going on in the boxers camp or what the manager is thinking. Its disgusting sometimes when I think about how many guys/girls who claim to be experts on boxing have the time to sit on the couch watching boxing all day to be a so-called expert. I mean do any of you have jobs because I don't have that kind of time. And to call somebody a casual because he doesn't know everything is downright f***ed up. I have my favorite fighter/boxer past and present, too many actually. Point I'm trying to make is that, for all the so-called experts who know everything there is to know about boxing why the f*** are you not out there training fighters? Or not on tv with all this expertise? And there are those that just might be in the boxing game and for that I apologize for lumping you in with the rest of the crowd. Like I said I might just be a casual and I'm fine with that because I got bills n ****. Meaning I have to work instead of sitting on my ass all day watching boxing just to prove how knowledgeable I am on the subject. I lace up the gloves whenever there's a chance to throw hands but it doesn't happen as much as it used to. I'm no expert. I will not pretend to know why a fighter chose one opponent over another or why there was a cw or even a rehydration clause. I do know this though. As a fan, I believe if a fighter goes down the best is yet to come unless it's obvious there's no coming back. When everyone thought that pac was done, I believed he still had it in him to get one more title. Say what you will about him cherry picking but I like his fights and his style of fighting. Most of his fights aren't snooze fests, (unless his opposition is unwilling to echange) compared to others I've seen. I've been watching boxing for a long time and I will never be an expert because things change for fighters. MikeTyson, Tito Trinidad, SRL, Hagler, JCC, Hopkins, ODH, Mosley, Roy Jones Jr., Canelo, Pacquiao just to name a few that I'm a fan of. All careers that were great, at least in my opinion. Many of you will disagree but like said before I don't give a **** what you think. Something about all of those fighters and their careers made/makes them great. As a fan, I can honestly say that I think Canelo needs to fight the best, Crawford needs to fight the best, Charlo and Andrade need to fight the best. All the "undefeated" need to fight the best before deciding to call out certain guys for a payday. Beat the best, then you'll get the best. Guys saying nobody will fight me and then turning around fighting some club fighter who just happened to be in the gym that day and winning the fight and then goes on record calling out the bigger name/s in the division.

One last thing, I'm not a fan of Jermall Charlo. I mean, here's a guy that up until he was gifted the title from Canelo, (because he took that bull**** franchise title), is now calling him out. And yeah I know you all are gonna say he was calling out Canelo before that but who cares, it is what it is. So now this guy is calling out Canelo when he in fact won't fight any one else except tomato cans. Tell me why he won't fight Andrade or Chris Eubanks? Wheres the drive and determination to go through everyone before calling out the big dog/dogs of the division. I say dogs because it seems like there's f***** ten titles in one damn division nowadays. Which is ****** by the way. It used to be that you fought everyone to get to number one contender status just to be able to get a title shot. Now if you win a handful of fights you can call out the guy with a belt and hopefully he'll fight you otherwise he'd be labeled a ducker. What the hell happened to boxing as a whole?

Anyway, say what you will about my post. I really don't give a damn. It's my opinion and I'm entitled to it. And yes I've laced up the gloves and I've sparred but I will never say that I was a boxer. Wanted to but never managed to make it happen. Poor choices in life and a rap sheet you could turn into a novel kept me from ever truly pursuing it.

I wanted joyce to beat ddd, and thought he'd beat him but now ddd is wanting to fight wilder im kind of thinking I don't want joyce to throw spanner in works.m

But I'm thinking joyce beats ddd mainly as I've not seen ddd. So if ddd does beat joyce at least I'll have excuse as to why I got it wrong.
I only seen him vs the jap

I must have missed the chapter in The Art of War that says “don’t pretend to know what is going on ever. We are all just idiots wandering around like chickens with their heads cut off who should never use their brain to logically conclude what other people are thinking”

And your post isn’t related to the topic at all. Should have made your own thread.

I would somewhat disagree,I think Fury will always make him look bad . If we want to see what Wilder is made of the top end guys are much a better measurement. Usyk, Hrgovic, Whyte , Joyce,DDD, maybe Hunter ? These type of opponents he avoided ,these are prime top guys ,no health issues, etc, etc, these guys are here after another loss but I’m saying he retires after the third Fury fight he won’t want any part of huge power punchers or capable boxers who can punch after what we know is 3 losses in a row .

You Brits are the most gullible fans in the sport, when did DDD earn your confidence that hes world-level? Was it when he went 12 rounds with Kevin Johnson? Or was it his destruction of Kyotaro Fujimoto ?
It must be hard only keeping up with the Yanks when the American Heavyweight Division is in such a dire situation.
If DDD was American he would be your No1 boxer, even the useless Huey Fury would be top 3.

Wilder, Washington, Martin, Miller, and Hunter is a pretty poor showing comparatively.

Saying that, I do think people are getting carried away with DDD. Yes he shows promise but it is way too early in his career to call him world class.

Saying that, being a rated British Heavyweight at the moment is pretty much akin to being world class, there's not much competition out there.

You're right, Wilder doesn't want any of them. He's been exposed. They would all try to do the same thing that Fury did: Attack. he will likely try to get the most that he can out of the Fury rubber match and limp off into the sunset after the loss.

I don’t know we’ll see I’d rather see AJ vs Fury ,maybe there’s a legal loophole with this ban on boxing right now ? I still want to see Wilder vs AJ regardless but Wilder never wanted that one not enough to put himself over his bosses but ? I see him retired after a third loss , a third one he knows he took .

If this fight gets made Wilder will become what he was destined to become since he put on gloves for the first time: a gatekeeper.
