It's a bit old, used to just be what loads of boxers did after fighting. I'll just do a few and skip eras. Around the coming of TV boxers would do more TV spots, for example Ali, Marciano, Patterson, did a bit of TV and shorts so they don't have many feature films under their names.

    James Corbett:

    Happy Days

    The Beauty Shop

    The Prince of Avenue A

    The Midnight Man

    The Other Girl

    The Burglar and the Lady

The Man from the Golden West

    James J. Jeffries:

    Barnyard Follies

    They Never Come Back

    The Midnight Patrol

    The Champion

    Rain or Shine

    Beau Broadway

    One-Round Hogan

    Kid Speed

The Black Thunderbolt - Jack Johnson - Jack's a bad guy in one of the first horrors...but no one can watch it cause it's lost, ****. You know JJ would be a damn fine villain.

    Jack Dempsey:

    Off Limits

    Sweet Surrender

    Stars Over Broadway

    The Prizefighter and the Lady

    Mr. Broadway

    Manhattan Madness

    K.O. for Cupid

    Fight and Win

    Daredevil Jack

Dempsey's acting names was "Tiger Jack O'Day"

    Terrible Joe Moran - Patterson

    College Confidential - Marciano

    The Greatest - Ali

    Mike Tyson:

A **** load, look it up!

Yeah... I did a double take on that too. He was also in Bayou caviar, w/ Cuba Gooding jr. He played a boxer.

Apparently, he's with churchill management which is founded by peter berg and mark wahlberg. 2 yrs ago i think, he was also in Bayou Caviar with Cuba Gooding jr. He played a boxer and it was shot in new orleans.

I think Sugar Ray was in The Fighter, but you should check on that (I could be mistaken).

Ali had a great role at the beginning of Requiem for a Heavyweight, and other boxers were in it as well, I believe.

And I just watched The Prizefighter and the Lady, which had Max Baer, Jack Dempsey, and Primo Carnera.
Jack Dempsey, Barney Ross, Abe Simon (also in “On the Waterfront”) and Willie Pep, among others. Fun movie to watch for fans into the history of the sport.

Are you a movie buff like myself? Not too many people would have seen “The Wackness.” Ben Kingsley: “Why couldn't Mozart find his teacher? Because he was Haydn!” Lol Good indie film.

Jack O'Halloran played the mute villain from Superman's home planet in Superman 2. He was a HW in the 60s & 70s. Lost to Foreman, Norton & Ron Lyle. Beat Cleveland Williams & Ali's brother.
