Just saw Roy Jones Jr. have a scrap in Universal Soldier - Day of Reckoning. Movie isn’t the greatest but it has some excellent fight scenes.
I remember Jones having a few lines in a Matrix flick as well.

What other fighters have been in da movies?

Jersey Joe Walcott was in The Harder They Fall.

Tami Mauriello and Tony Galento were in On the Waterfront.

Edit: sugar ray Leonard also came out in an episode of Married with children.

Now that i think about it, i dont think many boxers outside of tyson came out in movies

Joe Frazier appeared briefly (as himself) in the first Rocky. And I read somewhere that the guy who played Spider Rico was a pro boxer as well.

Ocean's 11 was centered around a boxing fight, and Klitschko and Lewis appeared as the fighters.

I think Sugar Ray was in The Fighter, but you should check on that (I could be mistaken).

Ali had a great role at the beginning of Requiem for a Heavyweight, and other boxers were in it as well, I believe.

And I just watched The Prizefighter and the Lady, which had Max Baer, Jack Dempsey, and Primo Carnera.

Oh and Mike Tyson in The Hangover i and II. Plus he's done a handful of martial arts movies, too. Saw one of the Kickboxer franchise reboots he was in. :/
