Because canelo went up in weight for a bs belt and fight against the weakest champion there is nothing more to it than that. He cried for years that he wasn’t a mw and needed to acclimate to the weight that moved plus the Chavez jr fight just proved he was full of sh it but of course you all won’t see that. Thanks have a nice day

You’re referring to Fielding in 2018? Chavez was 2017. And Canelo made GGG fight Rolls? because Gennadiy was influenced by a Fielding fight when in 2013 “168 is easy for me doe.”

Mic never dropped for you homie.

you kept claiming canelo was too small for ggg yet he wasnt. he was being opportunistic by cherry picking guys like khan and liam smith. then when the chavez jr fight presented itself he threw his whole "im too small" BS out the window because it was an easy big money fight. chavez at 164 was ok but not ggg at 160? hmmm ok.

canelo moved down from 164 to 160

ggg moved down from 164 to 160

omg its the same thing! wait what was your point again?

pretty sure the point of canelo fighting chavez was to duck ggg even though he had previously said he wasnt big enough yet he goes on to fight someone even bigger than ggg. i dont remember ggg ever saying im not big enough to fight at 164 so you seem confused. are you getting lost in your own lies and contradictions again?

the gggroupies kept claiming lil g was too small to fight andre ward. Yet when the chavez jr fight, or the though of a froch fight, presented itself he threw the whole "im too small" BS out the window because they were easier, big money, fights

              LOL..the irony

Serious question - why did Ward drop a belt rather than face Anthony Dirrell?

Because he was only going to torture his body making 168 for big fights and a fight with Dirrell simply isn't a big fight. Are you suggesting otherwise?

yeah he never said that though mr. straw man. doesnt matter what some fan said. canelo said he wasnt ready. not some canelo fan. straw man and a false equivalency in the same post? have you been practicing?

he also tried to fight ward, froch, and chavez jr during that period so im not sure what you are even talking about. guess who ward tried to fight? kelly pavlik and dmitri saritson. maybe ggg was bluffing but they didnt call his bluff so oh well. all we know is ward didnt want the fight and tried to fight those guys instead. somehow you insert that into your brain and come out with ggg was scared of ward? im guessing its based on wards 2015 offer so you are doing a little bit of historical conflation and ignorance by pretending ggg would ever accept an offer that made him postpone the canelo fight a year. look a fake offer in 2015 proves he didnt want to fight ward in 2013! see i knew it!

                    curt's scorecard:

                    straw man [X]
                    false equivalency [X]
                    historical timeline conflation [X]
                    tu quoque [X]

if you had added some ad hominem or motte and bailey you would have gotten an A+
