I think Spence still has quite a ways to go. Kov is definitely in, IMO. He arguably beat one of the best fighters of the past decade and was dominant at 175 in his prime.
Name the active boxers who have already done enough to make the HOF

Keep em coming Scrappy, I'm actually proud to be one of the dudes who considers 'ducking' to be a ****** and irrelevent term when applied to any fighter. 90% of the time folk who use it are abject hypocrites just like you. Like I say, one of us a boxing fan and the other a troll. Curious how much my neutrality troubles you though.

[QUOTE=Citizen Koba;20550125]That's the long and the short of it. You either credit Golovkin with 15 defenses (whilst he was sole or Super champion) 10 (from when he was elevated to 'Super') status or 20 from when he first won the WBA regular. The official record will say 20 but if you acknowledge that you also have to acknowledge Canelo's World title at 168.
As I've said elsewhere I'd argue the case for Golovkin having 15 defenses and Canelo not having the the forth divisional title but it's what you choose TBH.
We can keep ggg @ 15 and just wait for Canelo gets a belt @168Comment

Not a big GGG fan, just telling you it was a BS title. No point in getting your panties in a bunch.Yeah that comment is for big dogs but I’ll school you a bit. Golovkin supposedly defended his belt 20 times but the first 10 I believe he held the regular title. So I’m saying that if your gonna credit G with “20” defenses then you must acknowledge Canelo as a 4 division champ not a 3 divisionComment

nah, you are just another one of them creepy dudes who considers it his personal responsibility to blurt out childish excuses whenever someone points out that a over-rated fighter failed to live up to HIS OWN HYPE
you do the exact same thing for multiple fighters...
* all of those fighters fell short of expectations...
* all of them blatantly lied to their idiot fanbase on multiple occasions
1) grow up
2) get some pride
3) actually develop a genuine love for the sport

that is the only logical answer
there is no reason whatsoever to accept/acknowledge those junior titles... knowledgeable fans regard them as junk that only exist because of corruption
never seen that idiot fanboy keep it real EVER... not once !Comment
