Came over to America with that money AND DAZN money and couldn't do **** because of his awful ****ing attitude.
    Had Sky’s backing too.

Stick fat Mick Hennessy with Sky he’d dominate UK boxing in 6 months.

Look how quickly Warren fell off his perch the moment Sky f***ed him off.

Good luck taking on the world anytime soon via DAZN. That's a long game play still & I don't see that changing due to a pandemic.

I do think there is some opening for boxing reality TV like he seemed to hint at. Boxing might be better served to the masses in that form than fights oddly enough right now.

And randomly I hadn't actually thought of the dynamic of needing a doctor at the fights. That would seem to make it less likely, even for the potential bad PR, of having fights in cities, states or countries hardest hit by this virus.

Did you also appreciate Okollie-Chamberlain headlining a card?

          How about Quigg-Carroll?

          Brook-De Luca?

          Whyte-Rivas on PPV?

          Chisora on PPV?

He’s produced far more sh**e than he has quality.
Look at my initial post 'loathe him or hate him.'

I think he went way too early with AJ on PPV and how can you justify Bellew and Cleverly PPV? There's a reason why he's booed at every opportunity and it's largely due to PPV.

Although because old Fish Eyes had fighters supporting the WBO, his emergence was necessary and PPV over in the UK is only £20 or so.

Brook and Froch broke out and AJ was given the opportunity to fight for a title early doors, as was Katie Taylor amongst others. Prizefighter was a success too.

Say what you want, but he's grown the sport and exposure in the UK even if it has come at a cost but it is what it is, fighters want all they can get and rightly so

He’s been good and bad but definitely bad for the fans.

            More PPV’s and various low quality ones. Bellew-Cleverly, Haye-Bellew 1 and 2, Whyte-Parker, Whyte-Chisora, Whyte-Rivas, Brook-Gavin all the way back to Haye-Harrison.

The standard of Sky boxing has massively declined, remember the days of Froch-Bute? Now it’s Quigg-Carrol and Brook-De Luca.

In the last 3 years how many world title fights have been shown on Sky Sports? Hearn just puts anything half decent behind a paywall.

He’s a very good salesman and he’s played the hand he was dealt very well.

But has he been good for the fans? Evidently not...

What I took from this article is White is fighting Povetkin (knew this) and Hearn thinks it is a big fight!!! You guys are ruining Boxing scenes credibility with these Hearn fluff pieces.

To be honest I've seen them all and quality will always vary.

To his credit, he's always provided decent undercards, so most folk look at the cost spread over several fights.

That said it's no excuse for charging for a shot Haye against Bellew but not all of those cards were PPV, Brook De Luca for example.

But look at the Joshua vs Whyte card? You can't tell me you felt robbed after that evening? Or what about the Froch vs Groves affairs? I actually watched the first one twice in one night!

At the end of the day if it's a poor PPV you don't have to buy it, end of but fights such as Joshua vs Klitschko last long in the memory.

Like I say, loathe him or hate him, we wouldn't have seen any of those match-ups without him.

Have to agree regarding Okollie, he's about as pleasing to the eye as genital *****.

I just think it’s daylight robbery. I was really invested in both Groves-DeGale and AJ-Whyte rivalries but I refused to pay for either out of principle. (I actually went to Groves-DeGale though) They were obviously very watchable cards but putting a British title fight on PPV is disgraceful. Warren is equally as guilty with Dubois-Joyce. Compare that to what the Americans get and it’s a vastly inferior product.

I don’t mind shelling out for quality, I’ve spent thousands on Vegas trips but I hate being ripped off.

That’s my main issue with Hearn he’s like a car salesman, trying to sell you a Fiat Punto as a premium motor.

He knows the casuals will eat up his spiel so he constantly exploits that market. I got more texts off my mates about Haye-Bellew than I did about Canelo-GGG for example.

I think Hearn as a business man has done well but as a “boxing man” I think he’s a greedy c*** tbh mate.
