Exactly, its incredible how they expect Floyd one of the greatest defensive fighters in history to stand there just to accommodate Manny, even he had dumb look on his face saying I couldnt hit him he moved too much. What did they expect, Floyd even told them how he would win.

When you boil it all down the casuals are just sour g**** losers.

I thought it was closer than the official scorecards, but yes, not that interesting a fight, although there were compelling moments for purists. Pacquiao was somewhat injured, but then why did he and his team not sign for a the****utic use exemption, for a pain killing injection days before the fight? It's too late to use the shoulder excuse after the fight, if you knew you had a bad injury before.

They asked Manny after the fight why he didn’t throw more punches, why did Floyd throw more than you? Manny said “It’s hard to throw punches like that when the opponent moves”. I’m thinking - What did he expect - Floyd to just stand right there like “I’m here, come and knock me out” LOL.

And to all you haters saying TBE was “running” “fighting like a chicken etc” let me remind you he threw and landed more punches than Manny did! You guys just need to accept Floyd embarrassed him in front of the world, Pacquiao looked like he wanted to quit towards the end. Now Floyd is basically his promoter lol. He’s just on a different level whether you like it or not you’ve got to respect it.

Floyd's long reach and smart footwork controlled the fight.

Pacquiao couldn't do much, only when Floyd allowed him to did he have moments of mild effectiveness.

If you bet on Mayweather you enjoyed the fight. If you rooted for Pacquiao you despised this fight with a passion.

I enjoyed the fight because I rooted for Mayweather ONLY because Pacquiao fans would harass me whenever I told them Mayweather had a good chance to win. In Pacfans' eye, there was no way Mayweather could win. I would simply reference Pacquiao's difficulty with intelligent fighters (constant trouble w/ Marquez) and Mayweather's dominance against intelligent fighters (dominated Marquez). So if Pacquiao was constantly troubled by Marquez' intelligence as a boxer-puncher, how would Pac be expected to win against a larger, masterful defensive boxer like Mayweather? The ridicule, harassment, belittlement never ended so I was rooting for Mayweather. And boy did he deliver. My one regret is not betting the $7k I had in the bank on Mayweather by UD, my gf was 7 months pregnant so I was in a tough situation lol

The fight didn’t live up to the hype plain and simple.

The people that complained about the fight felt like they got ripped off 100 bucks. Malignaggi got paid to sit ringside.

                  Oh please.

I hate the fight because it happened 5 years after it should have, 2 years after it would have meant anything, and both guys fought like rich fat cats happy they ripped us all off.

He had to make it a fight but Floyd was too skilled and didn’t let that happen. Which is what I expected. Manny was gun-shy against Marquez and got outboxed badly in their 3rd fight, who’s great but not as great as Mayweather. Who’s bigger, stronger and faster.

For me the blame has to be with Pacquiao because Mayweather did what he always does and more. He actually threw more punches than Pacquiao who averaged 6.8 landed per round, lol. Manny was just so discouraged and outclassed in there, it seemed like after the middle rounds he stopped believing that he could win. He’s great but I never bought into the hype and thought he would beat Floyd. I think a lot of people did and those were the ones that were disappointed. The people that really know boxing and appreciate the sweet science should be able to respect what Floyd did in there. Basically made the guy most people said would beat him look like he wanted to quit. Totally dominated and embarrassed him in front of the world and made all the haters and critics eat their words.
I can't speak for you, but Mayweather fans were commonly running their mouth about how he was going to punish Pac and stop him. It wasn't "we all knew this fight would be a boring decision."

I expected that, but Mayweather fans were all in on him stopping Pac and turning back the clock to punish him.
